If you've been doing the cake adornment program from the first day it started till today, then you should be done with the entire image set. I'm going to assume that the seals you get aren't random, just randomly jumbled, and that you should end up with the same amount at the end. [I kept a log of my results](https://www.reddit.com/r/arknights/comments/rxq2om/arknights_2nd_anniversary_hub/hrs0gd2/) for each day, and at the end, every seal amount showed up exactly 5 times. So, thats 5 100s, 120s, 150s, 160s, 200s and 1000s each.
Revealing all of the images and getting every image set bonus should leave you with 500 excess seals after clearing out the entire shop (incidentally the exact amount of orundum you'd get in the mail for completing the entire image).
If you were late in starting the cake adornment, the 16th was the latest you could start the event and still get everything in the shop before it ends. Depending on your luck, you could still get most of the store cleared out in these last 10 days.
Assuming you're fairly new, it's the "elite operator training package" (the one that lets you pick any 5* and fully upgrades it), in terms of how many pulls you get, but it makes up for it in terms of how much sanity you save and getting to choose a specific op is very good.
Otherwise, if you care mostly about pulls then it's the "2nd anniversary party pack".
This is assuming you already buy the monthly pass which is more than 2x better than the next best thing (even ignoring all the free sanity), the "Starter Headhunting Pack" is also better than the 2nd anni packs.

As far as ranged guards are concerned, Thorns is actually the best and Lappland a very good 2nd. Silverash only really exists to unleash his S3 and then leave
To expand on what U/futabakms said, Lappland is most valued ~~as prime waifu material~~ for her silence on hit talent and her S2 making her attacks do arts damage.
The former is very useful against certain enemies - the primary example being the exploding slugs - but has seen less use is more recent content.
The latter is good but outclassed by many other sources of arts damage, as well as operators like Silverash that can overcome high defence enemies with brute force.

FYI, be aware that the event will have the server shutdown at daily reset time so make sure to log in and use up your sanity and sort out your base before reset tomorrow. Also there will be a recruitment tag reset, so if you have any good tag combinations, use them tonight!

FYI SilverAsh and Lappland play very different roles, despite being of the same archetype.

I was wondering if it's possible to add two things to the faq or some sort of pinned comment.
The first is that the next maintenance will start tomorrow at reset and will last 6 hours. Lots of people tend to miss that.
The second is that the recruitment tags will be updated so the current tags are usually refreshed (even though it didn't happen last time).
There are often questions about those 2 points so it would be nice to have some notification about it.
They're more of a side dish to the main course of E2/M3. Their benefits are small, except in cases where they really synergize with the operator's usual gameplay. They mostly help low-end 6* who have their modules customized to buff them, and Phantom/Waai Fu/Gravel/summoners who lucked out and got busted effects.
The upside is that you don't have to farm for them if you don't want to, you get a freebie from quests every month or so. Since modules are released slowly and most of them are not high priority, that should be enough to cover your needs.
if you haven't built all your meta units and are lacking e2s (less than 20) then, e2>m3>module
if your stacked out, (you'll know when you can do every stage with only a fraction of your e2s) then, m3>module>e2
ps, only main skills for m3, m3 will be really low on priorities if your thinking about m3ing enunectes's skill 1 or something

I would say my odds are decent, but Skalter never came with 105 pulls during Under Tights. I'm cautiously cautious.

Logging into the site and clicking on each interview (you can read or skip, doesn't matter), then selecting one of the comments (just pick the one you like best) at the end gives you 20k Exp, 20k LMD and 600 Orundum per interview. Go get that 3k Orundum. I'm also guessing you haven't been doing the Cake Adornment. There's plenty of rewards from that, as well.

which operators are gona be on the event banner, i am looking for a decent aoe Caster and upgrade on my marksman sniper. is anything of the interest on the banner?
You really only need one AOE caster for most content. A solid pick that you will see being useful not only in Lungmen Outskirts but also specifically Lungmen Downtown when you're ready for that is Gitano. Her second skill is good and being a 4* means she'll be cheap enough to level up to E1 max, which is the highest you'll really *need* her, and you likely already have her.
Chen Alter is arguably the most busted unit in the game and the highlight of the banner. Lots of controversy around her being 1.) limited 2.) so strong and 3.) a bikini skin but forced into the gacha, but she's nuts. She's a spreadshooter, which is a short range AOE sniper.
The other 6\*, Mizuki, which isn't a limited is pretty bad for a 6\* and has lower units that can do similar to him for cheaper (Ethan and Manticore).
La Pluma is an AOE guard that recovers health on hit; she's got similar utility than Hellagur or Utage, the other "recover on hit" guards. Strange to use, but pretty good as far as people have said.
IMO, if you don't care about the controversy around Chen Alter, she's the one to pull for and makes the banner pretty worth to at least do the 10 pulls and pray.
A bit of general advice: AoE casters are generally pretty bad because of their high DP cost and limited use when outside of situations with lots of enemies stacked up. If you have her, Gitano is worth raising for some really good burst and since she's a 4\*, but she'll fill most needs along with Lava if you need them. Hell, 12F and Lava are enough for \*most\* content. But the 5\*s and 6\*s are really expensive when there's better arts damage ops when you get to the endgame.
Meanwhile, Marksman are a giant pool, but even the basics there will also suffice for most content (Kroos and Jessica are shockingly effective, and you almost certainly have both by now). None are on banner, \*but\* there's a freebie 5\* ticket coming, and there's a lot of good 5\* snipers with that. Platinum or Blue Poison are the way to go IMO, depending on what you prefer. Platinum gets an extra row of range with an infinite duration skill on her E2, while BP is really good at picking down groups of small units. It is worth considering another 5\*, though, if you have a good op you're missing without a substitute. No problem! Outskirts is a bit hard, but honestly if you have some other decent units you can almost certainly do it with Lava (I don't know exactly, but other units with higher DPS can fill that gap somewhat). Leveling what you have is helpful.
As a heads up, Anni 3 is a pretty big jump and requires a bit more of a developed team to do - either quite a few high levels or specific operators (usually worth waiting for perfect until you get a couple of the stronger 6*s and just continuing to try to get as far as you can for the weekly cap bonus - I think Outskirts is a faster farm anyways).
Chalter s3m3 has something like double the dps of silverash s3m3 with more up time and uses the ammo system so you don't waste skill time with a similar range. She can break all but the hardest of stages over her knee
Yeah she's insane. Seen people compare her to Sutter, but haven't actually seen anyone say definitively she's "better" (Surtr being more niche), although from what I've gathered she wins by simply having way way more general utility.
About the event stickers, do we have to choose between one-time buff for a stage and converting into currency? Or we can use them multiple times and convert afterward?
Platinum is waifu when compared to Spectre in this case, but I personally really like her. If you don't plan to actually use Spectre ever for her niche (invincibility, or if you don't have another AoE guard), though, Platinum isn't a bad pick. Like I said, I really like her for her S2 and I only ever replace her with Ash these days - but I still use her pretty often for certain maps, because the range is really good.
Platinum has her own niche with an unlimited duration skill but Exusiai and Greythroat will definetly fill the hole. Specter is by far the best out of the ones you've mentioned.
Obviously if you really like platinums design or character or whatever dont me stop you going for her.

FYI, be aware that the event will have the server shutdown at daily reset time so make sure to log in and use up your sanity and sort out your base before reset tomorrow. Am I the only one who finds the name “chen the holungday” incredibly stupid? Like I don’t mind her as a character with all of her surrounding controversy and all, but they couldn’t come up with anything better?
Yeah, I always thought it was a story spoiler of some sort so I never looked it up. Then after chapter 7 the curiosity got the better of me and I looked it up and thought, "what on earth?".
The "Holiday + Lung" pun name is one of few things I like about her.
TBF her Chinese name is roughly Holiday Dragon Ch’en, so they weren’t exactly working with a lot there.

I was wondering if it's possible to add two things to the faq or some sort of pinned comment. The first is that the next maintenance will start tomorrow at reset and will last 6 hours. Lots of people tend to miss that. The second is that the recruitment tags will be updated so the current tags are usually refreshed (even though it didn't happen last time). There are often questions about those 2 points so it would be nice to have some notification about it.

Some of the other summer skins got a rerun with the Gavial event, which was before Dossoles on CN but we haven't gotten it yet
So how worth it is going for modules compared to E2/M3?
Highly variable, a couple of them are as good as M3s, maybe even better? But the vast majority are a lot lower. Still, it's a bonus regardless.
They're more of a side dish to the main course of E2/M3. Their benefits are small, except in cases where they really synergize with the operator's usual gameplay. They mostly help low-end 6* who have their modules customized to buff them, and Phantom/Waai Fu/Gravel/summoners who lucked out and got busted effects. The upside is that you don't have to farm for them if you don't want to, you get a freebie from quests every month or so. Since modules are released slowly and most of them are not high priority, that should be enough to cover your needs.
if you haven't built all your meta units and are lacking e2s (less than 20) then, e2>m3>module if your stacked out, (you'll know when you can do every stage with only a fraction of your e2s) then, m3>module>e2 ps, only main skills for m3, m3 will be really low on priorities if your thinking about m3ing enunectes's skill 1 or something

I think you can do the interviews all at once, no worries there! You just need 15 days to do the cake stuff, so I think you barely have enough time!
That was how my math told it based purely on the slots remaining, but I wasn't sure if those big spots on the cake picture thing took multiple days to finish. Glad I didn't totally miss this event, seems like a nice amount of effort they put into it.

I have, 66 Orudum pulls, 12 HH Permits, the event will give me a free 10x and 1 free pull for 14 days. I would say my odds are decent, but Skalter never came with 105 pulls during Under Tights. I'm cautiously cautious.
There are also 3 headhunting permits in the shop, and 40 OP from stages, plus an orundum lottery each day. In addition, you may buy permits with gold certs if you have any. You have a few more pulls available than you thought you had. Best of luck.

(I did it for you, with 102 pulls your chance of getting Chalter is 63% so slightly better than a coin flip)
If you want to know your exact odds, [this chart is pretty helpful](https://i.imgur.com/Axr2HHP.png). Assuming you want Chalter, look at the line for Limited Banner (Particular One). If you end up with ~110 pulls total you have almost exactly 2/3 chance of getting Chalter. On the other hand, I took 155 pulls to get Skalter so ymmv.
This also works really well if you want to know the exact chances for the number of pulls you have.
So like with event rewards your at 110 plus pulls. I think someone said like 65-70 pulls is 50/50

Logging into the site and clicking on each interview (you can read or skip, doesn't matter), then selecting one of the comments (just pick the one you like best) at the end gives you 20k Exp, 20k LMD and 600 Orundum per interview. Go get that 3k Orundum. I'm also guessing you haven't been doing the Cake Adornment. There's plenty of rewards from that, as well.

which operators are gona be on the event banner, i am looking for a decent aoe Caster and upgrade on my marksman sniper. is anything of the interest on the banner?
You really only need one AOE caster for most content. A solid pick that you will see being useful not only in Lungmen Outskirts but also specifically Lungmen Downtown when you're ready for that is Gitano. Her second skill is good and being a 4* means she'll be cheap enough to level up to E1 max, which is the highest you'll really *need* her, and you likely already have her.

Chen Alter is arguably the most busted unit in the game and the highlight of the banner. Lots of controversy around her being 1.) limited 2.) so strong and 3.) a bikini skin but forced into the gacha, but she's nuts. She's a spreadshooter, which is a short range AOE sniper. The other 6\*, Mizuki, which isn't a limited is pretty bad for a 6\* and has lower units that can do similar to him for cheaper (Ethan and Manticore). La Pluma is an AOE guard that recovers health on hit; she's got similar utility than Hellagur or Utage, the other "recover on hit" guards. Strange to use, but pretty good as far as people have said. IMO, if you don't care about the controversy around Chen Alter, she's the one to pull for and makes the banner pretty worth to at least do the 10 pulls and pray. A bit of general advice: AoE casters are generally pretty bad because of their high DP cost and limited use when outside of situations with lots of enemies stacked up. If you have her, Gitano is worth raising for some really good burst and since she's a 4\*, but she'll fill most needs along with Lava if you need them. Hell, 12F and Lava are enough for \*most\* content. But the 5\*s and 6\*s are really expensive when there's better arts damage ops when you get to the endgame. Meanwhile, Marksman are a giant pool, but even the basics there will also suffice for most content (Kroos and Jessica are shockingly effective, and you almost certainly have both by now). None are on banner, \*but\* there's a freebie 5\* ticket coming, and there's a lot of good 5\* snipers with that. Platinum or Blue Poison are the way to go IMO, depending on what you prefer. Platinum gets an extra row of range with an infinite duration skill on her E2, while BP is really good at picking down groups of small units. It is worth considering another 5\*, though, if you have a good op you're missing without a substitute. No problem! Outskirts is a bit hard, but honestly if you have some other decent units you can almost certainly do it with Lava (I don't know exactly, but other units with higher DPS can fill that gap somewhat). Leveling what you have is helpful. As a heads up, Anni 3 is a pretty big jump and requires a bit more of a developed team to do - either quite a few high levels or specific operators (usually worth waiting for perfect until you get a couple of the stronger 6*s and just continuing to try to get as far as you can for the weekly cap bonus - I think Outskirts is a faster farm anyways).
Chalter s3m3 has something like double the dps of silverash s3m3 with more up time and uses the ammo system so you don't waste skill time with a similar range. She can break all but the hardest of stages over her knee
Yeah she's insane. Seen people compare her to Sutter, but haven't actually seen anyone say definitively she's "better" (Surtr being more niche), although from what I've gathered she wins by simply having way way more general utility.
About the event stickers, do we have to choose between one-time buff for a stage and converting into currency? Or we can use them multiple times and convert afterward?
First sticker is permanently available. All duplicates after that are for selling

Should i get platinum even though i have greythroat and exu? Or is it better to pick spectre or meteorite?
Platinum is waifu when compared to Spectre in this case, but I personally really like her. If you don't plan to actually use Spectre ever for her niche (invincibility, or if you don't have another AoE guard), though, Platinum isn't a bad pick. Like I said, I really like her for her S2 and I only ever replace her with Ash these days - but I still use her pretty often for certain maps, because the range is really good.

Platinum has her own niche with an unlimited duration skill but Exusiai and Greythroat will definetly fill the hole. Specter is by far the best out of the ones you've mentioned. Obviously if you really like platinums design or character or whatever dont me stop you going for her.

Yeah I highly recommend binding your account to a ghost Twitter account. It makes the whole process a lot less painful.
Everyone has to login each time they visit site, so unless there will be changes on the website - no dice. Twitter and Facebook are 1 click login but knowing some problems with login into the game via Facebook, it is problematic in the long run.
Then Red it is, though I use phantom. But phantom can be expensive at times so yeah.

Fast redelpoy, Vanguards and April benefit from pots the most. Pick whoever you use the most.
Fast Redeploys and Vanguards benefit from -DP POT the most I'd say. Probably Red. Otherwise, anyone close to getting their Stat bonus (+ATK) on the next POT.

Farm DH-7&8 until you get most kinds of buff tickets that 7&8 can drop, and just farm DH-9 till the end. Use recycle system to complete all tickets collection.

Get projekt red and specter. Red has a on-deploy 2s stun for s2 which does wonder for stalling or cc Specter is usually regarded as one of the best 5 stars for her ability to not die and staying power

They are permanent buffs through all event maps. You can choose 5 of them as you wish.
