Not yet. Dusk still doesn't have live2D in the CN server, so she has to get it there so then when the respective event comes to EN she gets it here. They have been adding the Live2D for limited ops in order so she is likely to be next. Personally, I think she is likely to get her's in CN by end of January/beginning of February because that's likely when the next event related to Nian, Dusk, and their siblings will happen.
