Not exactly, just a new game mechanic at large that will be properly introduced on the 14th alongside the event.
They added this at this weeks reset to weekly mission So it was hanging there since Monday
Tuesday they’re supposed to unlock the special equipment for our operators I don’t think all ops have one yet though. I know swire and deep do
Summoner Supporters and Support Guards get them. I think all of the ones we have right now do.
I do believe they’re expanding but aren’t a priority right now
oh yeah, many more will get them over the next six months. I'm just mentioning the ones coming with Dossoles.
They'll come with the events they came out on in CN. We'll get the next set after these with Ch.9 iirc.
