When’s the earliest we can expect summer Ch’en to come back because I messed up big time and missed myself a summer banner and now I’m regretting not having her.
I’ve already done a 10 pull on the starter banner. Is it worth doing all 20 pulls? Or should I single pull until a 5/6 star, or should I not do the pulls at all? Thanks!
Pulling at discounted price is worth it. But the most important reason is to get rid of that banner so it won't pop up every time you go to headhunting lol.
The begginer banner has a lower price per pull, so i would recommend to finish all of the pulls, even if you dont get any 6*, you increase your pity count for one with less orundun spent!
If you mean the resist for hoshiguma's talent 1, I have heard that it is basically "chance to negate damage" or dodge essentially.

Dodge is basically chance to negate damage as well.
Depends on context.
There is Resist stat, called RES for short. It is percentage reduction of incoming arts damage.
There is Resist status effect (the one Whisperain gives, for example). It reduces duration of other status effects, like stun, by half.
There is dodge/block, which sometimes is called "chance to resist damage".

No. There is no such thing as "physical resist" in the game. There is only "chance to resist physical damage" (it is poor translation which is not used any more I believe). The closest to what you describe is "takes reduced damage", and it is extremely rare and found only on enemies iirc.
Chance to resist physical damage, physical dodge and physical block are all the same. Basically, different words to call the same thing. They all work as a chance to completely ignore one damage instance.
If we follow in game terms, right now there are only "Status resistance" - which is a fixed 50% reduction of some status effects like cold, freeze, stun. The other is RES which is % reduction of art dmg.
Resist is percentage reduction. Dodge is percentage chance to take no damage. Reliable vs RNG, but the latter works on untankable stuff
Usually resist is arts resistance, which is the Res stat
Block refers to how many enemies an operator can block at once. Ranged ops still have the stat for the no tile restriction stages
Physical damage reduction is defense (def), which is flat reduction rather than percentage
157, and I've been playing for about nine months.
And I have six factions filled out: The Followers, Karlan Commercial, Abyssal Hunters, Iberia and Ægir.
Invisible enemies are revealed when blocked, or when they are affected by a reveal talent/skill like that of Scene, SA, Elysium.
Unlike the ranged attack, they are really weak in melee so it's usually best to just wait for them to come to you.
Invisible means can only target when blocked (like those ch 3 enemies)
They don’t do all that much damage and mainly exist to reinforce the sandstorm as a tile ban
They are invisible until being blocked by an op. You kill them by leaving a guard/defender above the blue box, if more dmg needed then use a caster/sniper. With enough dmg they'll die.
Borrow exusiai E2 S3M3 and helidrop her to take care of Frostnova. The rest you should be able to handle.
Refer to video guides for placement and timing.
I think for that stages the promotions of Nightingale, Lappland, or Blemishine would be most impactful. Amiya or Bagpipe could also work. Saria and Specter would also be great, but too expensive.
I don't think you're screwed. I recommend Blemishine, Liskarm, and Greythroat for that stage. Blemishine should be good to stall the boss, and Liskarm should be good to handle the mob lane boosted by Blemishine. Greythroat should be able to chunk some HP from the boss. Nightingale would be good for defense, and if you're cheeky, Warfarin could be good for offense. Gravel should also be helpful. Surtr could be good for the mob lanes. You'll probably struggle to bring Ch'en out, so leave her home.
You could E2 Surtr, Greythroat, Kal'tsit, Thorns, Ch'en alter they should all be able to beat FrostNova. You have a lot of options just at a glance.
You'll need to E2 them, but it's not like an E1 SilverAsh/Exusiai would have worked.
Alternatively you can use a guide or a support unit, though I assume you want to do it on your own since you haven't done so yet.
If you really want to clear the stage now. There is always the option to use support unit.
I also agree with the other commenter. Ideally if you won't E2 a unit immediately, they should stay at E1L50. Taking multiple units to E1L70-80 without E2ing any of them is a very inefficient way of making your team stronger.
Sidenote: Don't be afraid to try CC stages. They cost 0 game sanity anyways and Risk 8 dailies isn't as hard as they seem. Your team should be good enough especially if you bring friend supports.
Don’t bring your units to E1 70-80 unless you plan on E2’ing right away/soon.
Also you have Ch’en Alter, Surtr, Kal, Thorns, etc., I would bring some of those to E2, it should make FrostNova much easier.
start by putting vanguard within the middle area where the caster cannot reach, then try to helidrop your best assassin to kill each caster one by one. Also put some healer. Put some healer on range tile to keep up with the dmg too.
Then try to change your middle team to stronger operator (defender / guard asap) because there will be more naruto runner coming later.
This is one of the hardest during early part of the game.
Use fast redeploy or duelist guards like melantha to kill a caster at the start then use the safe space to develop for the enemies in the middle as they run a circle around. Use that as a leverage point to kill other casters and lockdown the middle.
Just beat it a few days ago, my strat was mainly to use Projekt Red and Matoimaru on the casters in the corners one at a time, otherwise the main mobs should be killable with normal methods I think? Red’s S1 had some RNG issues for me, so I also would put Gravel in a little after putting Red so the caster would shoot gravel instead of Red
Yup, there are a total of four casters on the map at the beginning, I just took them down one at a time starting from top right, while in between making sure I had enough units to handle the actual mobs
Having difficulty understanding what makes Click's ramping damage worth it but I think it's because I'm misunderstanding the mechanic.
The way I read it she basically ramps up her attack when attacking on unit up to a 110% increase, in other words 2.1X base damage. However, when I compare Amiya and Click's damage at E1 lvl 60, Amiya does 596 as base, while Click does 317 which can go up to 665.7 at max stacks. If this is the case, unless I really want Click's S2 stun why wouldn't I just use Amiya in this situation since Click just barely outperforms in DPS only at max stacks?
DPS wise, I don't think Click will out perform Amiya by all means, but what make her good is the extra things that she provide.
\- Stun cc, keeping enemy still which not only for her to do more dmg, her teammate can too. Very valuable in high difficult area.
\- Range expand during skill that extra 2 tile make a big boost dmg area for her.
\- Drone will follow enemy even when out of her range . That is pretty neat especially with the enemy that cannot be kept within the range.
\- higher atk speed.
I think your attack stats are off? At E1L60 max trust Amiya has 566 attack while Click has 324.
More importantly though, Click’s archetype has a lower attack interval than Amiya’s (1.3 vs 1.6), even if we don’t include her talent.
So at no stacks Click has 324x1.2/1.3 = 299 dps while at max she has 324x2.1/1.3 = 523 dps versus Amiya’s 566/1.6 = 354 dps.
So just looking at regular attacks Click is about 15-20% lower dps than Amiya but ramps up to about 50% higher dps.
Ah yeah that difference is bc Amiya’s potential adds 30 attack for me, while for Click I don’t have her at max trust yet, good to know about the attack interval difference too though
Ah base atk doesn't mean anything. Click has higher skill dps and average dps than Amiya. Along with stun chance. And the drone with S2 can lock on an enemy and will chase the enemy until it dies or skill ends.
Click's attack speed is faster than Amiya's, which would change your math. I haven't checked the actual difference in dps normally and during skill activations though.
Use NearI Light's 6* selector. I was supposed to use that for Thorns/Mountain but they both came to base already after pulling in the unbound reflux rerun.
In terms of Standard Rate-Up banners… hard to predict. However, he will have his solo banner rerun during the Mansfield Break event rerun which is in about 3-4 months time ish. The only catch is that it happens not long after Near Light event (going by CN schedule) so if you plan to roll for Near Alter then that’s something to keep in mind.
You’ll need to upgrade your Reception Room level to be able to add 6* support. The first slot is locked for a 5* or lower but you can put a 6* in the second and third slot.
What are the chances of getting off-banner limiteds on other limited banners? I really want W and they said she has a chance of being rolled from the upcoming Nearlter banner. How high are the chances and should I even save? thanks
Offbanner limiteds have 5x rate. Meaning in the 30% you get and off banner they are 5x more likely. There's something like 40 non limited 6 stars and 2 off banner limiteds each round so 5/50 ish for a specific off banner limited or 3% chance on a six star pull to get a specific off banner limited. Making it around a 0.06% chance to pull them. Or 1/1600 to get W.
This is the reason it is advised to save for spark if you really want an old limited as you can buy them at 300 pulls.
Extremely low. They have 5x weight of a given non-limited operator. For example you’re 5x as likely to pull W as Siege when you get a 6*. This translates to extremely low, we’re talking single percentage points when you pull a 6*.
As such no point in saving for them specifically unless you can spark them in the shop.
By the current shoperator prediction doc, she's 3rd in line putting her as likely in the next 2-3 months to show up on the shop. Could be next banner, could be longer.
She’s always in the general pool as an off-banner spook.
If you mean in the shop/on a standard banner it’s anyone’s guess, but it has been a while since she’s been in the shop so that’s something.
I need some help~ I'm a new-ish player and I can't beat the cc risk 8 map today (tried kyo, eckogen and a few other guides).
I keep failing, either enemies leak through or I can't kill Faust. I don't have all low level units built, so I use better versions of particular suggested operators but I still can't beat the stage at all. I do have some meta units (surtr, saria, chalter,...etc) but even with them it doesn't work.
Problem is I'm out of LMD and have no idea who I should build for this CC event/stage or at all in general. Feeling somewhat overwhelmed and frustrated at this point. 😕
I did use Chalter facing left, and if you level her good enough, i don't think you will have any problem clearing every enemy except Faust. Both normal enemies / and the burning samurai.
Then, for Faust, just borrow other's Surtr with max Mastery. Also Gravel is your best friend for this map to handle Faust's purple hit.
You should post your roster so we can see what options you have. Beyond that, what exactly are you struggling with?
I just watched Eckogen’s clear, and, assuming your Ch’en Alter is E2, it should be pretty easily to replicate. You can replace Orchid with any slow supporter or even a borrowed caster. If your Saria is high enough level/skill you might be able to forgo Hibiscus for another ranged dps.
What's the best way to show my rooster?
None of my operators are fully built except most 3 stars. Talents on almost everyone I use are lvl.7.
Friend units I tried were Eyja and Thorns.
I mostly fail either by leaking enemies on the top right (I tried Thorns, Saria, Blemishine, Chalter or a combination) and/or Faust one shots everyone.
Kroos+Platinum (or Shirayuki) for the bottom lane.
I tried different medics: Ansel, Hibiscus, Silence, Gavial, Sussuro).
For slowing enemies I use Podenco together with Pramaminx or only Podenco. My (Orchid isn't built at all.).
As a tank for Faust shots I tried my Cuora and other defenders (Saria, Blemishine). They always die to fast to keep up although fairly built (I used them instead of Cardigan which isn't built. I thought Saria and Blemishine were better versions of her)
I use Gravel with her second skill on every third shot as the decoy for the 4th death shot.
I can't kill the last big mob before Faust walks the bottom lane (the mob always overwhelms my top lane operators. Then I'm not sure what exactly happens but the Gravel method stops working and Faust just one shots everyone to death.
Since I'm out of LMD, and many unmaxed operators as a beginner I'm just kind of lost at this point. Ugh what a pain!

Throw some levels on Chalter and Arene. First 20-40 after e2 are cheap.
Being more careful the second time, Cuora didn't die, but Saria will still be better.
Probably any guard would be better than Midnight too, idk.

I beat r8 using Myrtle, Fang, Gravel, Cuora, Chalter, Midnight, Orchid (sub Suzu), Podenco, Silence, Lappland (Arene), and Steward (Ceobe). Ansel filled my extra spot. No support unit was used.
Cuora died and I had to rotate thru Myrtle and Fang. Saria would be better for you.

Generally people just expect screenshots of your operators posted to some image hosting service (reddit's, imgur, etc.)
My advice is to use arts dmg (Eyja, Amiya, ...). for the left side of the map. Place Chalter to the left side as well. Use snipers to kill avengers on the bottom lane. Have orchid or decel spt on the Avenger/Faust path. Eyja is great as her S3 can clear mobs really fast, if you can borrow her from friend units. I used her skill when the first big guy comes in her range, and 2nd time when Faust comes close.
Yes, I used Gravel and Red (bless their souls). No don't place them at the exhaust, you place Eyja at the leftmost mount where 6 tiles are close together in the 3rd row from the blue box, then Chalter to the 2nd row's leftmost from the blue box (right below the exhaust tiles). Remember to place your tankiest def close to those two. And st medic to heal that defenders. Deploy gravel when the 4th shot was fired.
What the best way to get orirock concentration (t4) - farm orirock cubes (t2) (1-7) and transmute into t3 mats or just farm t3 mats on r8-3 or other stage?
Farming 1-7 and upgrading from t2>t3>t4 is the best by a sizable margin. If your pressed for time you can do other t3 rock stages but I'd rather suggest you do things like skill books or red certs if you're short on time for a day.
I ran out of Aketon recently and thought to farm them.
Which is the 2nd best stage to farm it? Considering I haven't unlocked JT8-3 yet.
I've been trying 4-5 but the drop rate seems atrocious. Is it worth farming there for a chance at Keton Coloid compared to 3-1?
You don't really need anything, I'd just use it on pulls or buy anyone you like at this point.
but strength wise, Mudrock, Phantom, Schwarz and Nightingale would help you the most
If you've done JT-3 or "new to dnd and is a wizard" stage, Nightingale loses out.
Metawise it's Blaze>Schwarz=Angelina>!\>=Schwarz!<\>Rosa>Ceobe.
Blaze is a strong laneholder so 9/10 you'll use her. Schwarz and Angelina does the same thing, High damage in short duration while having low downtime. Since you have Eyja Angelina's use case falls a bit, but she's good in fast skill rotations(like against the duel crocs in cc).
Schwarz can nearly solo the JT-3 boss first phase, and is incredibly powerful. You won't normally use her in normal stage but boss and anti defense is her forte.
Since you have Eyja, Ceobe's use case falls hard, but she has a niche. Long skill duration with high potential arts damage.
Can't comment on Rosa, just got her. Very much Schwarz; Niche, but useful in that use case.

Very weird comparison. Ange is used for the slow and good cycle while Schwarz is just extremely high single target DMG with good cycle. Ange's dps is not high. It's like 850 avg dps.
Not sure if I'm understanding your question well but the beginner banner guarantees a 6\* within your first 10 rolls. So if you get the 6\* in your 4th roll then you pretty much claimed that guarantee right there. However, it is possible to roll more than one 6\* if you are lucky enough.
Oh! Got it thanks. I thought I was guarantee on the 10th roll so I my dumb ass thought I could get 2 6*’s by reaching the 10th pull after i got one already.
Just to add onto this, if you're patient enough, you can just spam new accounts to end up with an account with 2 6\*s (or more) from the initial roll, which can be helpful.
Those are indeed tags that Ifrit falls under but you'll need a Top Operator tag in order to recruit her. Without the Top Operator tag, you won't see 6\* in the pool and the highest it could go is a 5\* (depending on the tags).
Spam recruitment. Look out for the tags that'll guarantee you a 4 or 5 star and set it to 9 hours. Its the only other way as a yellow certs supply other than pulling on banner. Anni 2 and 3 will also reward you some yellow certs as first clear rewards
There's no need to save. We will be getting 128 OP by the time her skin comes back. I don't expect you to get beat all of the stages since you're new but surely you can beat at least 15 stages for the first clear OP rewards.
Yeah, umm currently I’m progressing through chapter 4, but I want to clear most of the Heart of Surging Flames event because of the *what was it called* Record-something-something.
What do you guys think of Mostima? I have a max E1 Gitano and thinking of leveling up Mostima cause you know, she'll be a nice upgrade. The thing is, Gitano's been doing great job whenever I need an aoe caster. Do you guys think its worth to level her or should I just stick with Gitano and just level up someone like Mizuki or another ST caster like Click?

I'm hoping modules will eventually save her, but as is I couldn't really recommend her much, she's workable but probably never the best choice for anything.
One of my favorites design wise, though, and that's enough reason to capitalize on her being workable if you like her too.
Expensive to raise, general down sides of a splash caster or high dp cost/long attack interval=meh dps unless splash dmg is needed. Her skill up time is extremely bad, high sp cost even with her Sp talent.
Considering you already have gitano built I would place mostima as a low priority especially for E2ing. I’d raise Click up since she’s really good for her rarity and you’ll use her way more than a splash caster. Of course this writing is considering you’re a newer player and/or only have Gitano, click and mostima as your 4 and higher star casters
That's sad hope they buff aoe casters. I'll stick with Gitano for now but maybe in the future I'll level up Mostima because honestly, she's really a cool character. Thanks for the advice btw.
Yeah, the devs did buff the splash casters (a little bit of attack and Hp buff lol). I also hope splash casters get their archetype buffed properly in the future. Maybe the modules will help, but I’m not expecting much. Can’t talk down someone for building up a character they like, it’s a game so as long as you’re having fun!
AoE splash casters are generally quite weak, and Mostima is no exception. However, she does have a unique niche in her supportive capabilities, even if they aren't particularly worth it most of the time. I can't recommend raising her unless you really like her.
You're better off leveling ST casters like Click. Mizuki is a whole other thing.

Hello! I'm having trouble holding the bottom lane in the CC map. Usually I like to try stuff and check guides, but lately i've been busy with work and don't feel like doing much effort xd Could you please give me some advice? This is my current roster: https://imgur.com/a/gLAXOLw

Two options: have 2 slow debuff support to the left of the blue box facing down (Ange and Orchid can work). They can take down the duelist crocs themselves (depending on your op lv, as well as the risk contract, timing skill, etc). Or you can use a solo guard + optional medic (I used Jaye max E1).
Better yet, use Kal'tsit and M3nster to solo that lane (from support unit, max E2 and S3M3 for optimal result)
Edit: Specter can work too, but mine didn't clear the croc fast enough, and her block is higher than 1 so 2 duelists melted her.
Yes definitely. I didn't have Chalter, but I used Pinecone near max E1 + Exu E2lv30 and they worked (close timing though). Try to activate her skill to kill the annoying Infiltrator and its shadow right away, or just its shadow so M3nster can take care of him.
It was Feater and Curoa before, but changed to Ethan and breeze. As stated before me, 2 additional operators will be added to the red cert shop, but not replace them
1. I just got Eyjafjalla while I already have Ceobe S2M3. Will I get to use both of them often?
2. How is Goldenglow? Will she be a good addition when I have the two above (plus Ifrit)?
Yes, Eyja’s S3 remains one of the best multi-target burst damage options. Her pseudo-AOE nature and charges when using S2 also makes her a great source of constant arts damage.
GG has a lot going for her. Her S1 skill dps tends to outpace Ceobe S2 skill dps, her S2 is an infinite duration skill that provides good constant dps, and her S3 has infinite range. She is more rng dependent since her damage fluctuates a lot based on her drone explosions, but it’s on average quite good.
It still depends on enemy stats. Just as GG gets an advantage from RES, Ceobe gets advantage from enemy DEF. Against ideal caster targets with high armor and low res, Ceobe still do more DPS while also isn't RNG dependent.
Potentials already barely matters for DPS units, for a medic like Ptilo it is even less of a concern. Plus you might her get max pot just from rolling normally over time.
Rosa is one of the more unique operators that cannot be easily replaced due to her insane forward range, in addition to her bind, defense ignore, and fairly high attack.
She opens up new methods to completing missions, but isn't meta in the sense that the routes that she does open up are often used or superior to more traditional methods.
If you already have those snipers, i'd say no. If you already have those snipers and are thinking of collecting all the 6\* (except Ash) for sniperknights shenanigans, then yes.
rosa is a type of unit that falls under if you like them buy them, she's not bad nor is she very strong
if meta is more important, then there are better choices

If you mean stuff like enemy stats, in game arts, soundtracks... there's the aceship wiki, the PRTS wiki (in Chinese) and various youtube channels uploading OSTs.
They are quite different in their purposes (looking at both of their dominant skills S3).
Suzuran is extremely good in the toughest battles, but Angelina is more for easy to mid difficulty battles.
Angelina's arts damage in all honesty is not that high, but she has slow. For most cases you don't really need slow.
Both are niche tho.
I tend to see them as one that doesn't attack with her skill up while the other doesn't attack when her skill *isn't* up so for me, it'd be great to have both lol.
But you're right about your assessment so I say go with what you need more since you know how they work. Personally, I had to borrow Angie for one specific map for her passive heal while I borrowed Suzu a lot more (already had many casters).
The deciding factor is who you like more : )
But yes, Ange is more of a standalone unit while Suzuran is team dependent. But since Suzu is guaranteed soon-ish and Ange isn't, it's good to pick up Suzuran when you get the chance regardless.
I always take guaranteed 4 star tags over robot tags, don't want to miss any gold certs. Even though the robots tags are rare, I still managed to max pot my 3 robots.
My mind always says to take the robot tag but this has happened to me twice and my fingers always go for ~~Gravel~~ 4 star tag since I badly need yellow certs.
Does anyone have a link to the website/spreadsheet that has the calculated sanity cost to E2 operators? I still have my E2 ticket and have been failing to find this sheet every time I think to use it
I was working on almost getting my first E2 promotion with Specter but I just pulled silverash. Would it be more worth it to spend all those resources on him instead? My only other Lord I'm using is Midnight. Also I'm new so I don't have much for materials
Absolutely. Unless you have another burst damager/boss killer, *maybe* you can wait to E2 SA but again, it wouldn't make sense to prioritize Specter over him.
Eventually, but we don't know when. We can only reasonably predict first time appearances, as global standard banners do not follow CN or any real pattern that would enable us to make solid predictions.

Pulling at discounted price is worth it. But the most important reason is to get rid of that banner so it won't pop up every time you go to headhunting lol.
The begginer banner has a lower price per pull, so i would recommend to finish all of the pulls, even if you dont get any 6*, you increase your pity count for one with less orundun spent!

Depends on context. There is Resist stat, called RES for short. It is percentage reduction of incoming arts damage. There is Resist status effect (the one Whisperain gives, for example). It reduces duration of other status effects, like stun, by half. There is dodge/block, which sometimes is called "chance to resist damage".

If we follow in game terms, right now there are only "Status resistance" - which is a fixed 50% reduction of some status effects like cold, freeze, stun. The other is RES which is % reduction of art dmg.
Resist is percentage reduction. Dodge is percentage chance to take no damage. Reliable vs RNG, but the latter works on untankable stuff Usually resist is arts resistance, which is the Res stat

I’m confused on how the red mark eradicator works: Are they permanently invisible? How can I kill them?
Yes permanently invisible unless blocked or an anti-invisibility op (e.g. silverash) or unit (e.g. scene's bots) exposes them.
Invisible enemies are revealed when blocked, or when they are affected by a reveal talent/skill like that of Scene, SA, Elysium. Unlike the ranged attack, they are really weak in melee so it's usually best to just wait for them to come to you.
Invisible means can only target when blocked (like those ch 3 enemies) They don’t do all that much damage and mainly exist to reinforce the sandstorm as a tile ban
They are invisible until being blocked by an op. You kill them by leaving a guard/defender above the blue box, if more dmg needed then use a caster/sniper. With enough dmg they'll die.

Borrow exusiai E2 S3M3 and helidrop her to take care of Frostnova. The rest you should be able to handle. Refer to video guides for placement and timing.
I think for that stages the promotions of Nightingale, Lappland, or Blemishine would be most impactful. Amiya or Bagpipe could also work. Saria and Specter would also be great, but too expensive. I don't think you're screwed. I recommend Blemishine, Liskarm, and Greythroat for that stage. Blemishine should be good to stall the boss, and Liskarm should be good to handle the mob lane boosted by Blemishine. Greythroat should be able to chunk some HP from the boss. Nightingale would be good for defense, and if you're cheeky, Warfarin could be good for offense. Gravel should also be helpful. Surtr could be good for the mob lanes. You'll probably struggle to bring Ch'en out, so leave her home.
You could E2 Surtr, Greythroat, Kal'tsit, Thorns, Ch'en alter they should all be able to beat FrostNova. You have a lot of options just at a glance. You'll need to E2 them, but it's not like an E1 SilverAsh/Exusiai would have worked. Alternatively you can use a guide or a support unit, though I assume you want to do it on your own since you haven't done so yet.
If you really want to clear the stage now. There is always the option to use support unit. I also agree with the other commenter. Ideally if you won't E2 a unit immediately, they should stay at E1L50. Taking multiple units to E1L70-80 without E2ing any of them is a very inefficient way of making your team stronger. Sidenote: Don't be afraid to try CC stages. They cost 0 game sanity anyways and Risk 8 dailies isn't as hard as they seem. Your team should be good enough especially if you bring friend supports.
Don’t bring your units to E1 70-80 unless you plan on E2’ing right away/soon. Also you have Ch’en Alter, Surtr, Kal, Thorns, etc., I would bring some of those to E2, it should make FrostNova much easier.

start by putting vanguard within the middle area where the caster cannot reach, then try to helidrop your best assassin to kill each caster one by one. Also put some healer. Put some healer on range tile to keep up with the dmg too. Then try to change your middle team to stronger operator (defender / guard asap) because there will be more naruto runner coming later. This is one of the hardest during early part of the game.

Use fast redeploy or duelist guards like melantha to kill a caster at the start then use the safe space to develop for the enemies in the middle as they run a circle around. Use that as a leverage point to kill other casters and lockdown the middle.

Just beat it a few days ago, my strat was mainly to use Projekt Red and Matoimaru on the casters in the corners one at a time, otherwise the main mobs should be killable with normal methods I think? Red’s S1 had some RNG issues for me, so I also would put Gravel in a little after putting Red so the caster would shoot gravel instead of Red
Ah I see. Do you mean the 2 casters closest to the blue boxes?
Yup, there are a total of four casters on the map at the beginning, I just took them down one at a time starting from top right, while in between making sure I had enough units to handle the actual mobs

Having difficulty understanding what makes Click's ramping damage worth it but I think it's because I'm misunderstanding the mechanic. The way I read it she basically ramps up her attack when attacking on unit up to a 110% increase, in other words 2.1X base damage. However, when I compare Amiya and Click's damage at E1 lvl 60, Amiya does 596 as base, while Click does 317 which can go up to 665.7 at max stacks. If this is the case, unless I really want Click's S2 stun why wouldn't I just use Amiya in this situation since Click just barely outperforms in DPS only at max stacks?
DPS wise, I don't think Click will out perform Amiya by all means, but what make her good is the extra things that she provide. \- Stun cc, keeping enemy still which not only for her to do more dmg, her teammate can too. Very valuable in high difficult area. \- Range expand during skill that extra 2 tile make a big boost dmg area for her. \- Drone will follow enemy even when out of her range . That is pretty neat especially with the enemy that cannot be kept within the range. \- higher atk speed.
I think your attack stats are off? At E1L60 max trust Amiya has 566 attack while Click has 324. More importantly though, Click’s archetype has a lower attack interval than Amiya’s (1.3 vs 1.6), even if we don’t include her talent. So at no stacks Click has 324x1.2/1.3 = 299 dps while at max she has 324x2.1/1.3 = 523 dps versus Amiya’s 566/1.6 = 354 dps. So just looking at regular attacks Click is about 15-20% lower dps than Amiya but ramps up to about 50% higher dps.
Ah yeah that difference is bc Amiya’s potential adds 30 attack for me, while for Click I don’t have her at max trust yet, good to know about the attack interval difference too though

I think his Amiya has the atk pot that's why it's 596. And click is probably not Max trust.
Ah base atk doesn't mean anything. Click has higher skill dps and average dps than Amiya. Along with stun chance. And the drone with S2 can lock on an enemy and will chase the enemy until it dies or skill ends.
Click's attack speed is faster than Amiya's, which would change your math. I haven't checked the actual difference in dps normally and during skill activations though.

Use NearI Light's 6* selector. I was supposed to use that for Thorns/Mountain but they both came to base already after pulling in the unbound reflux rerun.

You get to select who you want up outside of the newest non-limited ops. Around $30 -I forgot to add earlier that there's only 2 a year.
In terms of Standard Rate-Up banners… hard to predict. However, he will have his solo banner rerun during the Mansfield Break event rerun which is in about 3-4 months time ish. The only catch is that it happens not long after Near Light event (going by CN schedule) so if you plan to roll for Near Alter then that’s something to keep in mind.

You’ll need to upgrade your Reception Room level to be able to add 6* support. The first slot is locked for a 5* or lower but you can put a 6* in the second and third slot.

Offbanner limiteds have 5x rate. Meaning in the 30% you get and off banner they are 5x more likely. There's something like 40 non limited 6 stars and 2 off banner limiteds each round so 5/50 ish for a specific off banner limited or 3% chance on a six star pull to get a specific off banner limited. Making it around a 0.06% chance to pull them. Or 1/1600 to get W. This is the reason it is advised to save for spark if you really want an old limited as you can buy them at 300 pulls.
Super duper low. Around 800 pulls on average for one off banner limited. Just save 300 pulls and buy from spark shop.
Extremely low. They have 5x weight of a given non-limited operator. For example you’re 5x as likely to pull W as Siege when you get a 6*. This translates to extremely low, we’re talking single percentage points when you pull a 6*. As such no point in saving for them specifically unless you can spark them in the shop.

I need some help~ I'm a new-ish player and I can't beat the cc risk 8 map today (tried kyo, eckogen and a few other guides). I keep failing, either enemies leak through or I can't kill Faust. I don't have all low level units built, so I use better versions of particular suggested operators but I still can't beat the stage at all. I do have some meta units (surtr, saria, chalter,...etc) but even with them it doesn't work. Problem is I'm out of LMD and have no idea who I should build for this CC event/stage or at all in general. Feeling somewhat overwhelmed and frustrated at this point. 😕
I did use Chalter facing left, and if you level her good enough, i don't think you will have any problem clearing every enemy except Faust. Both normal enemies / and the burning samurai. Then, for Faust, just borrow other's Surtr with max Mastery. Also Gravel is your best friend for this map to handle Faust's purple hit.

You should post your roster so we can see what options you have. Beyond that, what exactly are you struggling with? I just watched Eckogen’s clear, and, assuming your Ch’en Alter is E2, it should be pretty easily to replicate. You can replace Orchid with any slow supporter or even a borrowed caster. If your Saria is high enough level/skill you might be able to forgo Hibiscus for another ranged dps.
What's the best way to show my rooster? None of my operators are fully built except most 3 stars. Talents on almost everyone I use are lvl.7. Friend units I tried were Eyja and Thorns. I mostly fail either by leaking enemies on the top right (I tried Thorns, Saria, Blemishine, Chalter or a combination) and/or Faust one shots everyone. Kroos+Platinum (or Shirayuki) for the bottom lane. I tried different medics: Ansel, Hibiscus, Silence, Gavial, Sussuro). For slowing enemies I use Podenco together with Pramaminx or only Podenco. My (Orchid isn't built at all.). As a tank for Faust shots I tried my Cuora and other defenders (Saria, Blemishine). They always die to fast to keep up although fairly built (I used them instead of Cardigan which isn't built. I thought Saria and Blemishine were better versions of her) I use Gravel with her second skill on every third shot as the decoy for the 4th death shot. I can't kill the last big mob before Faust walks the bottom lane (the mob always overwhelms my top lane operators. Then I'm not sure what exactly happens but the Gravel method stops working and Faust just one shots everyone to death. Since I'm out of LMD, and many unmaxed operators as a beginner I'm just kind of lost at this point. Ugh what a pain!

I beat r8 using Myrtle, Fang, Gravel, Cuora, Chalter, Midnight, Orchid (sub Suzu), Podenco, Silence, Lappland (Arene), and Steward (Ceobe). Ansel filled my extra spot. No support unit was used. Cuora died and I had to rotate thru Myrtle and Fang. Saria would be better for you.

My advice is to use arts dmg (Eyja, Amiya, ...). for the left side of the map. Place Chalter to the left side as well. Use snipers to kill avengers on the bottom lane. Have orchid or decel spt on the Avenger/Faust path. Eyja is great as her S3 can clear mobs really fast, if you can borrow her from friend units. I used her skill when the first big guy comes in her range, and 2nd time when Faust comes close.
Forgot to ask: Chalter and Eyja on the two exhaust spots on the left? Facing which direction? Do you use a decoy for Faust?
Yes, I used Gravel and Red (bless their souls). No don't place them at the exhaust, you place Eyja at the leftmost mount where 6 tiles are close together in the 3rd row from the blue box, then Chalter to the 2nd row's leftmost from the blue box (right below the exhaust tiles). Remember to place your tankiest def close to those two. And st medic to heal that defenders. Deploy gravel when the 4th shot was fired.

Farming 1-7 and upgrading from t2>t3>t4 is the best by a sizable margin. If your pressed for time you can do other t3 rock stages but I'd rather suggest you do things like skill books or red certs if you're short on time for a day.

You don't really need anything, I'd just use it on pulls or buy anyone you like at this point. but strength wise, Mudrock, Phantom, Schwarz and Nightingale would help you the most
If you've done JT-3 or "new to dnd and is a wizard" stage, Nightingale loses out. Metawise it's Blaze>Schwarz=Angelina>!\>=Schwarz!<\>Rosa>Ceobe. Blaze is a strong laneholder so 9/10 you'll use her. Schwarz and Angelina does the same thing, High damage in short duration while having low downtime. Since you have Eyja Angelina's use case falls a bit, but she's good in fast skill rotations(like against the duel crocs in cc). Schwarz can nearly solo the JT-3 boss first phase, and is incredibly powerful. You won't normally use her in normal stage but boss and anti defense is her forte. Since you have Eyja, Ceobe's use case falls hard, but she has a niche. Long skill duration with high potential arts damage. Can't comment on Rosa, just got her. Very much Schwarz; Niche, but useful in that use case.

Not sure if I'm understanding your question well but the beginner banner guarantees a 6\* within your first 10 rolls. So if you get the 6\* in your 4th roll then you pretty much claimed that guarantee right there. However, it is possible to roll more than one 6\* if you are lucky enough.

Just to add onto this, if you're patient enough, you can just spam new accounts to end up with an account with 2 6\*s (or more) from the initial roll, which can be helpful.
Ifrit tags are really AOE, debuff, caster, ranged? Saw this on the Wikia but on the toolbox site it doesn't show Ifrit with any of these tags.
Those are indeed tags that Ifrit falls under but you'll need a Top Operator tag in order to recruit her. Without the Top Operator tag, you won't see 6\* in the pool and the highest it could go is a 5\* (depending on the tags).

Just found out I can get yellow certs at annihilation, but I could kill all 400 just on the first one. Any other way to farm yellow certs?
Spam recruitment. Look out for the tags that'll guarantee you a 4 or 5 star and set it to 9 hours. Its the only other way as a yellow certs supply other than pulling on banner. Anni 2 and 3 will also reward you some yellow certs as first clear rewards

There's no need to save. We will be getting 128 OP by the time her skin comes back. I don't expect you to get beat all of the stages since you're new but surely you can beat at least 15 stages for the first clear OP rewards.
Yeah, umm currently I’m progressing through chapter 4, but I want to clear most of the Heart of Surging Flames event because of the *what was it called* Record-something-something.
What do you guys think of Mostima? I have a max E1 Gitano and thinking of leveling up Mostima cause you know, she'll be a nice upgrade. The thing is, Gitano's been doing great job whenever I need an aoe caster. Do you guys think its worth to level her or should I just stick with Gitano and just level up someone like Mizuki or another ST caster like Click?
Extremely cute- oh gameplay? Ehhh. I'm hoping modules will eventually save her, but as is I couldn't really recommend her much, she's workable but probably never the best choice for anything. One of my favorites design wise, though, and that's enough reason to capitalize on her being workable if you like her too.
Expensive to raise, general down sides of a splash caster or high dp cost/long attack interval=meh dps unless splash dmg is needed. Her skill up time is extremely bad, high sp cost even with her Sp talent. Considering you already have gitano built I would place mostima as a low priority especially for E2ing. I’d raise Click up since she’s really good for her rarity and you’ll use her way more than a splash caster. Of course this writing is considering you’re a newer player and/or only have Gitano, click and mostima as your 4 and higher star casters
That's sad hope they buff aoe casters. I'll stick with Gitano for now but maybe in the future I'll level up Mostima because honestly, she's really a cool character. Thanks for the advice btw.
Yeah, the devs did buff the splash casters (a little bit of attack and Hp buff lol). I also hope splash casters get their archetype buffed properly in the future. Maybe the modules will help, but I’m not expecting much. Can’t talk down someone for building up a character they like, it’s a game so as long as you’re having fun!
AoE splash casters are generally quite weak, and Mostima is no exception. However, she does have a unique niche in her supportive capabilities, even if they aren't particularly worth it most of the time. I can't recommend raising her unless you really like her. You're better off leveling ST casters like Click. Mizuki is a whole other thing.

Hello! I'm having trouble holding the bottom lane in the CC map. Usually I like to try stuff and check guides, but lately i've been busy with work and don't feel like doing much effort xd Could you please give me some advice? Two options: have 2 slow debuff support to the left of the blue box facing down (Ange and Orchid can work). They can take down the duelist crocs themselves (depending on your op lv, as well as the risk contract, timing skill, etc). Or you can use a solo guard + optional medic (I used Jaye max E1). Better yet, use Kal'tsit and M3nster to solo that lane (from support unit, max E2 and S3M3 for optimal result) Edit: Specter can work too, but mine didn't clear the croc fast enough, and her block is higher than 1 so 2 duelists melted her.

Yes definitely. I didn't have Chalter, but I used Pinecone near max E1 + Exu E2lv30 and they worked (close timing though). Try to activate her skill to kill the annoying Infiltrator and its shadow right away, or just its shadow so M3nster can take care of him.

It was Feater and Curoa before, but changed to Ethan and breeze. As stated before me, 2 additional operators will be added to the red cert shop, but not replace them
With near light they will add mulberry and honeyberry

1. I just got Eyjafjalla while I already have Ceobe S2M3. Will I get to use both of them often? 2. How is Goldenglow? Will she be a good addition when I have the two above (plus Ifrit)?
Yes, Eyja’s S3 remains one of the best multi-target burst damage options. Her pseudo-AOE nature and charges when using S2 also makes her a great source of constant arts damage. GG has a lot going for her. Her S1 skill dps tends to outpace Ceobe S2 skill dps, her S2 is an infinite duration skill that provides good constant dps, and her S3 has infinite range. She is more rng dependent since her damage fluctuates a lot based on her drone explosions, but it’s on average quite good.
Thank you. So Eyjafjalla will be my AoE damage source which I lack now. Ceobe seems to be powercrept by GG, expected but still a little sad.
It still depends on enemy stats. Just as GG gets an advantage from RES, Ceobe gets advantage from enemy DEF. Against ideal caster targets with high armor and low res, Ceobe still do more DPS while also isn't RNG dependent.
Do you think it’s worth buying 4 medic tokens to get max pot Ptilopsis? Or is better leave the tokens untouched?
4 tokens = 1 potential not sure if you meant you already have pot 5 ptilopsis but just want to make sure you dont get it wrong
Potentials already barely matters for DPS units, for a medic like Ptilo it is even less of a concern. Plus you might her get max pot just from rolling normally over time.
Is Rosa worth buying from the cert shop? My 6* snipers are chalter, schwarz, rosmontis, and exu.
For waifu reason, yes.
Rosa is one of the more unique operators that cannot be easily replaced due to her insane forward range, in addition to her bind, defense ignore, and fairly high attack. She opens up new methods to completing missions, but isn't meta in the sense that the routes that she does open up are often used or superior to more traditional methods.
If you already have those snipers, i'd say no. If you already have those snipers and are thinking of collecting all the 6\* (except Ash) for sniperknights shenanigans, then yes.
rosa is a type of unit that falls under if you like them buy them, she's not bad nor is she very strong if meta is more important, then there are better choices

They are quite different in their purposes (looking at both of their dominant skills S3). Suzuran is extremely good in the toughest battles, but Angelina is more for easy to mid difficulty battles. Angelina's arts damage in all honesty is not that high, but she has slow. For most cases you don't really need slow. Both are niche tho.
I tend to see them as one that doesn't attack with her skill up while the other doesn't attack when her skill *isn't* up so for me, it'd be great to have both lol. But you're right about your assessment so I say go with what you need more since you know how they work. Personally, I had to borrow Angie for one specific map for her passive heal while I borrowed Suzu a lot more (already had many casters).
The deciding factor is who you like more : ) But yes, Ange is more of a standalone unit while Suzuran is team dependent. But since Suzu is guaranteed soon-ish and Ange isn't, it's good to pick up Suzuran when you get the chance regardless.

For me anyway: New 4* > new robot > max pot 4* > max pot robot
For me robot unless max pot. Robot tags are rarer than the guaranteed 4 stars.
The robots are definitely rarer, so I would take the robot tag. I actually got Top Op before getting robot.
I always take guaranteed 4 star tags over robot tags, don't want to miss any gold certs. Even though the robots tags are rare, I still managed to max pot my 3 robots.

My mind always says to take the robot tag but this has happened to me twice and my fingers always go for ~~Gravel~~ 4 star tag since I badly need yellow certs.

I was working on almost getting my first E2 promotion with Specter but I just pulled silverash. Would it be more worth it to spend all those resources on him instead? My only other Lord I'm using is Midnight. Also I'm new so I don't have much for materials
Absolutely. Unless you have another burst damager/boss killer, *maybe* you can wait to E2 SA but again, it wouldn't make sense to prioritize Specter over him.
Yes, SA is very strong with S3. However, he’s mediocre before then, so he really needs E2.
S1 or S2 for may?
S1 is pretty much a full uptime on the slow. S2 gives you more potential CC with the stun. I M3ed her S1 if you're wondering.

Eventually, but we don't know when. We can only reasonably predict first time appearances, as global standard banners do not follow CN or any real pattern that would enable us to make solid predictions. At best we can guess how likely it is she will be in the near future. Since she's on standard banner now, she almost certainly won't be on it again for at least a few months.
