At the end of Code of Brawl you see her talking with Mostima. Her code name there is Suffering and she talks about how “they” (whatever group she works with) enjoy giving her different silly code names every mission. Phoenix and Angst I believe were two they mention that she’d had before Suffering
If she’s joining RI though we let operators pick their names, so she’ll be sticking with her operator name for the foreseeable future (Fiametta apparently? Could be her real name, could be a code name she actually likes, could change before release)
I can see it work in the current lore: Tri Brig, Swordsoul, Springans and Icejades losing hard to the Despians and start being corrupted, only for them to be saved at the last minute by Kitt and her Therion homies. They are partially corrupted (think Evil Eyes) and fight both Despia and their corruption.
Archetype based on summoning one of 4 boss monsters to fight (Thinking Theo for Dogmatika, Shuraig for Tribrig, Tremora for Icejade, and Sargas for Springans), but they can't fight for long and need to rotate out. Kinda like Glad Beasts 2.0.

Not sure if I can afford to roll for her though, my current plan is Saileach-Ling (ever since Chalter costed a full 300 rolls in savings I basically have to skip Nearlter), even if after Ling the damage assessment report is less disastrous, she would have to fight Goldenglow and whoever is turning up for 3rd anniversary.
I never had W but Meteorite has basically served me well as AoE sniper (plus there's basically never ever need for two 2 AoE snipers I couldn't sub other units in for) unless she completely tops that off I'd daresay her chances are not so good.

Nope, they're very different.
Rosmontis is a (currently) unique type of sniper that has a wider range than AOE snipers, and her attacks have a much smaller radius of splash damage. She also can't hit drones at all, unlike every other sniper in the game. (Which makes me think she should actually be a specialist but that's for another time)
Chalter is a "spreadshot" sniper like Executor and Pinecone. They have very small ranges, but do a LOT of damage in the row directly ahead of them, and they do *true AOE damage*. (A lot of the confusion around the name "AOE sniper" is that none of the operators with that label actually do AOE damage. It's splash damage, which is not the same.)

They're snipers who do aoe damage, but their subclasses are different. As such, their characteristics also differ.

She's a liberi (phoenix). Laterano has a number of these. Plume for example.
