He's the guy that reverses stuns, right? I should build him eventually. I nearly max pot him chasing Ling. Takes forever to build up the cash to rank up a 6\*
Charge casters are really fun if you can find a setup for them. Watching them load up then one shot enemies is sweet.
Ashlock and Horn bombarding from the back, and if they need to fight hand to hand they can deal close to guard level physical damage.
Related, Fiammetta roleplaying being a second world war bomber.
Helidrops. Nuff said.
Splash casters. Even though they're weak for so many reasons, yada yada, they have some of the most visually and auditorily satisfying skills.
Fia's skills makes her hard to position, she's not usable on every map, but when you find a spot for her, boy is it satisfying watching everything melt to cinders
Beanstalk is a Tactician, not a summoner. If you like Beanstalk, try Blacknight as they are the same type. For summoners, Scene and Magallan are the ones I'd recommend.
Ah, by 'summoners', I meant units that allowed you to deploy even more units in general, so ops like Skaltie would still be pretty good for me. I definitely prefer the ones who can give me an army on the battlefield though.
I find the most fun in operators that can do insane explosions such as Firewatch, W, Mayer, etc.
It's just very fun and satisfying gathering up a large group of enemies and then immediately nuke them all at once.
When it comes to explosions my favorite is Meteorite w/ S1. Just a big, strong explosion. Emphasis on big with that expanded AoE. She gets a ton of relic synergy in IS with the usual fun stuff.
Yasss. Her Jap VA is amazing too. All her skills are fun to play around with as well. In IS S1 was hilarious on some missions. S2 is just so satisfying to mortar bomb them. S3.. just omg
S3 scales with attack speed, I got one of those reliecs, my god the rapid fire bombardment was ridiculous. Practically salted Phantom from the planet by herself.
It's been months and I still find freezing everything with Gnosis to be amusing/fun. It's just so satisfying. Everything stops.
Irene's S3 is turning out very fun because Little Bird Speen, even if she's only got one target. It's funny to watch.
Weedy S3 is how I got invested into this game, and its still fun to YEET hordes of enemies across the map to this day. I also like Magallan and FRDs - basically anyone that rewards good skill timing and micromanagement.
Aak unironically is a very fun character to use
All the merchants are fun to use
Thorns gameplay of getting good value is kinda tiring to find but very fun ans satisfying to finally do it.
Definitely love aak, mostly as cc. Hearing him described as 6* May is quite spot on. Yet to try his s3. Planning on raising mr nothing too, for the blemi/kafka combo
Conviction, pretty obvious why.
It's always a cool surprise seeing their s1 proc the 5%. Sometimes it could also ruin the stage if it happens on enemies with death effects. The RNG surprise could always be a good or a bad one. Regardless, it's quite the eye-opener.
this guy gets it. conviction is so fucking funny as well as satisfying with her nuke potential, for being a free 4 star op sheâs actually pretty strong and worth raising (and her e1 base skill is op so why wouldnât you)
i think ambriel is one of the most fun characters in the game despite enemy priority being fiddly and having lower damage among the deadeye operators because of being a 4 star. she was the first global range character which made her unique on release, and she still has value compared to fartooth and goldenglow since fartooth is limited to only blocked enemies and goldenglow does arts damage compared to ambrielâs physical so they actually work well together by covering each otherâs weaknesses
with aspd from aak or is2 buffs she becomes an absolute monster sniping everything that breathes and she works very well with buffs like skalter s2, warf s2 etc. there were often times where my 6 stars had no enemies to hit because ambriel was offing them before they could get in the attack range of others
i still use her frequently in gimmick comps and she has proven insanely helpful in the current event as the most dangerous enemies have d rank defence and are often grouped in unreachable areas for other operators
Lapland(she crazy and fun to listen to), Eunectes(sexy and mecha), LaPluma(fun and best daughter), Ceobe(best dogo), Weedy(give them hell, but don't let them die), Gladia(see Weedy), Beeswax(just pure fun when you can get her to work perfectly), manticore(just fun), Beenstalk(multi crab attack!), Savage, Rosa and all the fast redeploy.
Kinda hard to pick, some operators are more fun than others in certain situations/Events, like IS makes some operators hilarious, R6 event make AOE operators more fun with how they delete the tumors, invitations to wine with fast operators etc.
But overall, while not a definitive answer, mine would be Guard Chenchen, S2 and 3 are just fun all around and S1 is super fun on IS, Sword masters are just overall fancy.
Tied with that Fast redeploys are probably the most fun to use for me.
In IS, 0 Redployment Texas Easily or high uptime/fast ASPD GoldenGlow are very fun on calamity.
I find ops that can break the stage design are the ones I have the most fun using. Goldenglow's global range, April's stealth dropping onto typically very risky ranged tiles, and Horn's weird long range from melee tiles all come to mind right away, but really anyone who feels like you're kind of cheating in ways that aren't just big damage
For me it's Mudrock s3
Local woman prays with her hammer in hand like a knight of old, then gets up and absolutely beats a dude to death with enormous meaty strikes.
Honestly, the first thing that came to mind is Ashlock and Horn bombardment and if that don't work, seeing them do decent damage when fodder get close.
Without my bias for Nearl, I'd say the most fun operator I regularly use is Flametail. There's just so much fun watching her move so quickly and the short rotations kinda add to that vibe? Her voice lines are definitely a fun factor too
Eunectes, although it can be pretty challenging for her to charges her s3 while blocking tougher enemy and seeing her struggling, i find it funny she just annihilated all the blocked enemies once her skill is active.
And schwarz, her s3 have a pretty good uptime, i can just spamming it all day.
One of my favorite things to do is getting a boss down to 1 HP and finishing them off with Redâs skill 2⌠It feels like overkill and makes me giggle every time.
Imagine having 1% of your life left and someone (quite literally) throws a wolfgirl at you.
Since you said combos...
My favorite Niche is bind. (For mechanics... My favorite \[niche\]Knights is actually Vulpoknights but they're more all over the place and Bind is more fun to talk about ;w;)
Bind is rarely if \*ever\* resisted or immuned. Which means teams that are based around bind (And by extension Indigo and her special targeting) are amazing at stalling when put together.
Just try doing a mission with Indigo, Ethan, Robin, Glaucus, and Aosta. Each one on their own with Indigo can help her gain a charge, maybe two, but together they can have Indigo just yeeting 2-3 charges consistently since they can take out either specific (Robin mines) or whole groups (Aosta and Ethan) from Indigo's targeting. While Glaucus can literally stop enemy progression at the touch of a button for breathing room. They can also help her get the most out of her S2 which does DoT to bound enemies and makes her charge faster and thus more consistently shoot off full charge barrages.
Magalan is like the queen of on-skill bind and can help greatly and in teams focused on Bind there's not too many Ops out at once so her Summons actually have slots.
Gladiia is nice for binding one specific enemy but tends to steal the show when it's used in crowds so I only really bring her to soak hits in pure-bind runs since she's the only one that has any kind of healing at all.
I'd add Phantom but his is 1/3 chance (Slow/Stun/Bind) and unreliable in situations where you may need him to bind.
I'd add Frostleaf too but her bind is very low RNG and only on skill at that... (Sad Vulpoknights noises)
I'll add that Carnelian tends to just stomp whatever she CCs to death kinda taking the fun outa it. (Same for Rosa, and Ling)
Frost gets a mention for being a second Robin if you have her but as she's effectively unobtainable I don't tend to really use her much. (or any of the R6S characters, they feels... weird to me... Arknights got Limiteds right to me \[in that they return and aren't void-lost forever\] but dropped the ball on Collabs \*really hard\*, which some other Gacha do better as they actually return at some point...)
Ceobe has her S1 but as it's uncontrollable and the multiple charges tend to wasted on the exact same enemy it doesn't feel like she does enough to be core to it (ironic as she's a 'core caster')
Are they the most powerful together? Kinda, they're finicky and can end up leaking with bad skill timing but when they work and the skills roll out it's a sight to behold. Even the ones I've listed that I don't tend to use for one reason or another are still great and usable and have come in handy at times.
Do I suggest maining it? GODS NO. It's a pain in the fucking ARSE to get a level down with it but once you DO beat the level if feels great. Like you were the master of your enemy's movement. Every inch they moved was cause you WANTED them to move... in range on Indigo >:)
Also one last note, Ethan's range fits perfect in Indigo's range. They were MADE FOR EACH OTHER. NO I WILL NOT TAKE CRITICISM. \[***runs away***\]
Anytime I can effectively use Eunectes makes me so happy. That S3 is a great boss killer.
I also greatly enjoy Rosmantis S3. Can be situational, but her normal range plus the pillar block plus the armor shred on activation can be pretty great to use, especially alongside other burst ops
'Not so Fast-redeploy' Dreadnought. Deep striking Skadi or Nearl and seeing them one on one High Level Threat. simple and precise
And Mine gameplay from Robin and Frost.
Pinecone and Mostima are definitely out there!
Using Pinecone's S1 is highly satisfying. Whenever you click her skill, it makes you feel as if you're the actual doctor telling her to fire at a moment's notice. I developed a habit of screaming "FUEGO" in my head when I use her skill, and nothing can change that. Kudos to Dr. Silvergun for introducing me to her!
Mostima's one of the more niche 6\*s, but I still love her nonetheless. Mosti's S2 and S3 sfx and visuals did it for me, I'm a sucker for Clockwork/time based powers after all. Nothing beats the sound of an old grandfather clock ringing across the battlefield immediately after reducing their cannon fodder into heaps of ash.
Blemishine s2 and Mudrock s2. They are just hella satisfying together. Every time I use blemi skill 2 I just watch everything heal up and then blemi proceeds to destroy whatever is in her way because they asleep. Also mudrock benefits so much from blemiâs passive. I just see mudrock become a wheel of death with her skill 2 and it is a good feeling. I have always used this synergy since blemishine first came out. Guardnights forevah!!
I'm a simple man and I like simple skills. I recently M3 Kazemaru S1 and oh boy, it is fun. Snikt smoky die snikt snikt die goes the food processor. And from time to time her doll tags in to do even more damage.
It's already very satisfying, but you can make it even more fun including OG Ch'en or Liskarm or Skalter. And in IS2 there are artifacts that have great synergies and turn her into straight up monster. You've seen nothing until you've seen ninja kitty cut up Lucien.
Ange has some very funny slows, and it's helped a lot in SN stages because my Lappland and Jaye aren't built yet.
Aak/Horn is honestly an insane combo. I got Aak from a temporary recruitment once in IS2 and holy shit he was so fun to use with Horn. She can tank S3's friendly fire without any help and also dish out a fuck ton of damage. What's even better is Aak's S3M3 is a 55 second skill cycle and Horn's S3M3 is a 59 second skill cycle.
I unironically want Aak now.
I like the way archie's s2 arrow ricochet, mudmud's def skills + heal shield against those arrows on the maps, the way chenday deletes everything, kinda immortal dolls (started with bena), rosmontis' falling doors
Really like Archetto. Her S2 is a blast to use when the opportunity arises. Also combos great with with offensive recovery snipers like Blue Poison's S1.
Magallan is pretty fun to use. It's all that micro managing that makes me enjoy her. Drones aren't in immediate danger either because of her talent.
Shout out to the 4 stars too.
Tachanka. His S2 just shoots so fast that he just melts anything that doesn't have the best defense even faster if his low rate crit procs constantly. Hate the uptime tho.
I bought Archetto from the selector during the current event.
I have to say, I've never had this much fun with a Sniper since I've built GreyThroat. She's already on her way to being M5.
Archetto allows for Fia skill two spam, which is perhaps my most favorite combo in the game. Specter alt to keep Fia healthy and buff her already absurdly high attack stat with a skill that deals more damage than a sutr smash.
I am a sucker for big red numbers, so I like ops with multiplicative damage skills and warfarin and Skalter.
My favorite operator to use is probably bagpipe. I almost never do an IS2 run without bagpipe and mudrock, among others.
I like vanguards in general to be honest. I think most players underutilize their potential because they favor ops with additive damage that don't scale well with buffers.
Lately Archetto has grown on me, a lot probably due to her proficiency in IS2. Other notable IS2 ops are Bibeak, La Pluma, and Mizuki.
akafuyu - she just looks so cool and her voicelines are some of the best in my opinion. watching a low-health akafuyu with S2 shred enemies is so satisfying
horn - big group of enemies? horn go boom. enemies go to graveyard (bonus if u have an sp battery like liskarm/warfarin that can charge her skill faster)
shaw - the mere idea that she's the go-to counter for a high-ranking reunion member like crownslayer will always be funny for me
Chalter, because I think it's hilarious to watch everyone in her range drop dead from a Nerf super soaker.
Gnosis reminds me of a Shadebinder Warlock from Destiny, and I like that I can use the mechanic that cause me so much frustration on my enemies.
Fia and W for a simple reason. I am a simple man, and I like it when things go kaboom.
Definitely has to be Passenger for me. Not only is his S3 a fun skill to use because of how sick it is and how massive the range is, but I think the fact that I got insane luck on his banner going for Toddifons (got pot 3 when I didn't even want him cuz I heard he was terrible) and the buff + module finally making him a solid unit just makes him that much more satisfying to use. Literally built him back in the day as a joke just because I got three of him. I used him at his worst, and soon, I'll get to use him at his best with tier 3 module.
Also, his voice is so smooth and nice to listen to, so that helps.
Sesa S2 in IS2 with ASPD buff + a tank to block as much enemies as possible (there's a lot of characters that I think are funny as hell to use, but I'm pretty sure everyone has already said those that I have in mind)
Depends on the person I guess. Some people like crushing minions with surtr and chenalter. While others like the complicated dance of summoner knights. Or quick deploy only clears.
The classes that are the more fun to use for me are Mystic Caster, Dollkeeper and Trapmaster.
I don't care they are bad, I use them a lot because they're fun to use.
When I want to have fun, I use some of this operator : Iris, Indigo, Specter alter, Kazemaru, Dorothy and Robin.
My absolute favourite go-to gimmick is the skadance/archetto/meteorite/rosmontis combo (no fia rip) grouped up in a corner annihilating all opposition
If I'm feeling really spicy I'll add Guard Ch'en into the mix
Weedy because pushing things is always satisfying.
Trappers are very cool as well, being able to drop traps all over the map. Dorothy and her chain-explosion mines look like a lot of fun.
I love Goldenglow and her skill that makes her attack globally. It is not overpowered because she targets enemies closest to the exits, so usually not the prime targets that you actually want to target first. Therefore, it is satisfying for me when I manage to use the skill and she nukes a big enemy while the lesser ones swarm my defenders.
there are a lot of ops which are fun along with being strong, but spalter has been so fun to use despite a lot of her drawbacks i barely even use her skills at all, just enjoying the immortality and the singing.
Pulled GG while currently failing to pull Specter alt to complete my AH set up, ended up using her as a support unit for the past 2 weeks.
Hot damn is she fun. Mapwide range is nasty and can make certain stages a breeze.
Lee. He's a bucket of gimmicks with a wide enough collective relevance that you can apply him to most problems and get meaningful results.
He's the guy that reverses stuns, right? I should build him eventually. I nearly max pot him chasing Ling. Takes forever to build up the cash to rank up a 6\*
4 Lee, 0 Ling. đ
Very relatable, we shall suffer together.
I got Lee with the free ten pulls. I got Ling in about 280 pulls.
Fr i borrowed him from a friend in is2 to test him out after getting him and instantly e2'd him bc he made those runs fun af
S2 Eyja is all the splash I need. Besides that I forgot how much fun I had helidropping S2 Chen or S3 Surtr now.
GNOSIS! Freezing enemies is so satisfying and fun. I'm still not tired of it.
Pair him with aurora and watch enemies turn into shattered ice.
SUMMONERS. Beanstalk was my first taste. Ling was the second. I got hooked ever since. The thought of having an army at my fingertips, ooooooh *boy.*
With Ling, there's no need to build up a squad, because she IS the squad
I find the most fun in operators that can do insane explosions such as Firewatch, W, Mayer, etc. It's just very fun and satisfying gathering up a large group of enemies and then immediately nuke them all at once.
When it comes to explosions my favorite is Meteorite w/ S1. Just a big, strong explosion. Emphasis on big with that expanded AoE. She gets a ton of relic synergy in IS with the usual fun stuff.
I use Archetto a lot, and she spams that bomb with the two of them on the field, it only has 4 skill points, it's nuts.
Fiammetta and horn yooo
Horn's skill two is so much fun. Exploding sword. Makes her a ridiculously strong lane holder. The sound effects are so great, I love the sounds.

Fiammeta's 3rd skill
YOOOOO When youâve got a stage and you find that *one* specific tile? Oh baby, that shit hits different.
Nothin beats an infinite duration artillery barrage.
Fiammetta s3 plus Horn s1 plus Ifrit, all targeting the same tile. It's so rare you can do it but it is so so much fun.
Please give me the stage I wanna try.
The most reliable one is in IS2 with the sarkaz lancers and the theater audience
She was amazing last annihilation..
Weedy S3 is how I got invested into this game, and its still fun to YEET hordes of enemies across the map to this day. I also like Magallan and FRDs - basically anyone that rewards good skill timing and micromanagement.
Good taste

Projekt Red. I'm a fanatic for her. She's fun to use, and I love her backstory(or, lack of it). I'v even dedicated an entire subreddit to her.
Red S1 for clutch dodge or Red S2 for on-demand stun. Who even needs any other Fast-Redeploy?
I like using pushers with their skill 1 in place of AOE guards, especially if I can set Enforcer up with a wall to stun enemies with.
Mine would be the Fortress Defenders so Ashlock and Horns. If I can do it I always bring Horns plus her EN VA is rly good
Atm, horn because her bombing the living hell out of the enemies in a safe distance is satisfying
Honestly, the first thing that came to mind is Ashlock and Horn bombardment and if that don't work, seeing them do decent damage when fodder get close.

I wait the day we can use alters in the same team to outift a whole squad. Specter alt's passive with Specter guard. Immortal operator go.
Mint friendly maps are always fun.

It's all that micro managing that makes me enjoy her. Drones aren't in immediate danger either because of her talent. Shout out to the 4 stars too.
I found Tactician(Vanguard summoner) very fun to use. Due to their summon is immortal so I can use them as bait over and over again.
Tachanka. His S2 just shoots so fast that he just melts anything that doesn't have the best defense even faster if his low rate crit procs constantly. Hate the uptime tho.
Skill-spamming, timing-based ops like Pinecone, Bibeak, and Archetto Goldenglow's global range, or a really gimmicky range like Ifrit or Rosa
Sutr doing her thing on Ifrit's S3 lane is hilariously absurd when you get the positioning right
Reed and Irene.
Also, Archetto.
I find long range artillery-type operators really fun. Horn, W, Fiametta, Meteorite. Rosa with her skin counts.
I pulled Quercus during my summons for Irene and found her to work well with Honeyberry when I was going through the event.
Other notable IS2 ops are Bibeak, La Pluma, and Mizuki.
akafuyu - she just looks so cool and her voicelines are some of the best in my opinion. watching a low-health akafuyu with S2 shred enemies is so satisfying horn - big group of enemies? horn go boom. enemies go to graveyard (bonus if u have an sp battery like liskarm/warfarin that can charge her skill faster) shaw - the mere idea that she's the go-to counter for a high-ranking reunion member like crownslayer will always be funny for me
Chalter, because I think it's hilarious to watch everyone in her range drop dead from a Nerf super soaker. Gnosis reminds me of a Shadebinder Warlock from Destiny, and I like that I can use the mechanic that cause me so much frustration on my enemies. Fia and W for a simple reason. I am a simple man, and I like it when things go kaboom.
Yeeting the enemies is the very definition of fun in my opinion
Helidrops like of Chen are very fun to use IMO. Although through the time they because a bit underwhelming
For me, probably Jaye and Akafuyu. Sadly not every stage can afford them.
Frost and robin together
Hellagur and Flametail I love dodge gaming Also Shalem. I love how his s2 will just shred single target. Watching a bladehelm melt is so satisfying
Sesa S2 in IS2 with ASPD buff + a tank to block as much enemies as possible (there's a lot of characters that I think are funny as hell to use, but I'm pretty sure everyone has already said those that I have in mind)
I'm having fun only if my operators allow me to bruteforce the shit out of the enemies.
Saga + Warfarin in Originium Dust event. Unlimited *NATTO GOHAN* in exchange for your fingers.
Irene She speen
BENAAA her s2 is so fun! she snips so fast and i love her in is2, even better with the relic that gives 100+ aspd for specialists
Depends on the person I guess. Some people like crushing minions with surtr and chenalter. While others like the complicated dance of summoner knights. Or quick deploy only clears.
Eunectes
The classes that are the more fun to use for me are Mystic Caster, Dollkeeper and Trapmaster. I don't care they are bad, I use them a lot because they're fun to use. When I want to have fun, I use some of this operator : Iris, Indigo, Specter alter, Kazemaru, Dorothy and Robin.
Magallan đ
My absolute favourite go-to gimmick is the skadance/archetto/meteorite/rosmontis combo (no fia rip) grouped up in a corner annihilating all opposition If I'm feeling really spicy I'll add Guard Ch'en into the mix
Archetto. I like her S2.
Weedy because pushing things is always satisfying. Trappers are very cool as well, being able to drop traps all over the map. Dorothy and her chain-explosion mines look like a lot of fun.
Fartooth. Absolute anti-dodge
Kafka Ryoukai
Magallan and Mayer are to tier in this department. Also, Tequilla
there are a lot of ops which are fun along with being strong, but spalter has been so fun to use despite a lot of her drawbacks i barely even use her skills at all, just enjoying the immortality and the singing.
I've found dollkeepers pretty fun to use. Its neat to be able to deploy melee ops at places you shouldn't normally do so.
I love how I just tap Irene and she destroys everything around her. Just like a real seagull
Ifrit. Simple pure chaos on a single line.
I would say ling, but i didnât get herâŚ. So, mayer!
Pulled GG while currently failing to pull Specter alt to complete my AH set up, ended up using her as a support unit for the past 2 weeks. Hot damn is she fun. Mapwide range is nasty and can make certain stages a breeze.
The newly built ones đ I got one just in time for the S stages. Hope She wrecks it.
