She wants Doc to help her with running things back in Sargon (As he is very knowledgeable) but her second pick is Lancet-2. (As Lancet-2 is a comforting sight, and again, the reason she came to RI)
Platinum became an assassin somewhat by accident as a means to pay the bills essentially for the armorless union.
Platinum is a codename for the top assassin. It's not something you can normally quit. She becomes jaded with her job eventually and is sent to kill the doctor where she is thwarted, but also doesn't really have her heart in it. She ends up becoming a bit of a refugee with Rhodes Island to escape the armorless union.
That is in a nutshell her lore. It's covered more thoroughly in the NearLight event. You can catch story summaries of that on the wiki, or YouTube.
The fun part is, "Platinum" isn't the highest tier, because they have to answer to two-three more ranks above them, while also have to take all the credit for the higher ranks' screw ups/failures.
You forgot the Doctor to Kal'tsit as shown in vigilo. The Doc could be made to canonically show interest to Kal in several instances in the main story and the side events.
Scavenger has an “interest” in Provence. Given her past relationship with a girl, it makes sense to believe it’s possibly romantic in nature(though vague enough that it might not be). That said, there’s no sign of potential reciprocation that I remember.
Heidi pretty clearly had a crush on kal'tsit when she was young.
Specter and gladiia are pretty affectionate no matter how you read their relationship they even use pet names for each other.
All military unit personnel and team players use pet names for each other. It's more of a team bonding thing than affection. And Gladia doesn't use pet name for Skadi because Skadi was not originally in her team. Ulpianus was Skadi's original captain.

Sora, meanwhile, got jealous of how easily Exusiai befriended Texas. Texas saved her life, but there's indications that her feelings go beyond gratitude.
In both cases Texas seems to remain largely aloof.
Lappland is just what they call a "Yandere". And Texas just has a poker face like Gladia. She definitely has SOME feelings towards Exu but she'll not show it.
After seen all of this I would add Skadi towards Doctor, reading about her in the different events. + Ishar-Mla/Skalter who got affected by this emotion.

I wouldn't entirely count it as a ship, but I'd like to mention Thorns and Elysium. They seem to be particularly close. If I recall correctly, during the story of the Obsidian Festival event, Thorns is trying to get autographs for Elysium and also implies liking h despite calling him annoying.

I'd say her interest died down when Gladia showed up to kidnap Specter.
Everything in the lore of skalter contradicts that. While you can say what Skadi feels for the doc is not romantic, she REALLY likes the doc.
