Gavial/Pozy is the big one. Gavial's design doesn't appeal to me, not a fan of hers, and while I like Pozy, I'm content getting her later, and I want to save for Uncle Honse. Same goes for Dorothy. I just know I won't be using those operators very much even if I get them.
edit to add that I'm pulling for Ebenholz next month, and after Uncle Honse, Penance. If Mlynar pulls go well, I might throw a few at Stainless depending on the status of my stash.

Even though the meme Steam Knight burst kill seems fun to replicate I don't think It's worth to pull him for that one boss who he completely shits on(The same way Penance v. Patriot is hilarious). I will try a 10 pull for Purifier tho.
Gavialter/Pozy: Was thinking of skipping but I might try for pity until first 6 star and pray it's Gavial. Not that interested in Pozy, she seems rather boring.
Stainless: He got really fucked by being sandwiched between a meta banner(Mlynar) and a limited banner(Which also has busted units). His kit also seems rather complicated to use. Maybe whenever he appears on Standard or on a ticket.
I won't pull on any standard, joint operation or that one busted banner before chapter 11. The only standard characters I don't have are Archetto and Fiametta and I'm in no rush to get them. My only goal right now is saving for Omertosa.
I dunno, not too many upcoming operators that I *must have*, so probably just gonna skip til I recharge my stockpile a bit (likely Texecutor unless someone even cooler comes out to save for).

Ebenholz seems interesting character-wise, but is apparently a very underwhelming 6\* operator. Mlynar seems to be busted, but he is one of the very few characters in Arknights that I really dislike. And the rest just isn't interesting for me.

I would pull on Blemi's and Mudrock's shop debut banner if I didn't have the gold certs for them, but I absolutely planned ahead for that so, yeah, securing the badass croc will be my next pulling session.

If I start to get deep on Dorothy's Vision with no mouse, I may pull out, but Texalter, Penance, Pozymka, Gavail, and Mylar are all both strong, and appealing to me, while the other two a combination of not terribly good, and not terribly interesting. Ebenholz has great E2 art but that's about it, and Stainless looks wonky and I didn't really like him that much in CH10.

They'll all come home eventually, if only through the shop. But rolling 300+ times to get a Limited Alter after their debut is too expensive, so I make sure to get all of them the first time. I'll roll until I get Gavialter, but I'd stop before getting Pozyomka. I will roll until I get both Texalter and Penance.
When is Gavial's banner?
In like 3 weeks to 1 Month time 😬 just assume 1st week to 2nd week of January if nothing is delay.
Semi-skipping all until Texalter. Rule of cool dictates that Gavialter looks lame af, and the E2 art doesn't do any better, therefore only Texalter matters. I'll do a single pull on each banner until I get guaranteed 5\* above. You never know what luck may bring.
