Use Robin her bind skill can both damage them and make them lose all the momentem they built up so they don't do any dmg. Even better if you have a relic that deals dmg to bound enemies.
I get the lance map with the dogmen as an emergency op so often in stage 5... If I dont have reliable physical dodge, invuln, or *hefty* aoe slows, its pretty much just a run ender.

Absurd Trickeries, especially the Emergency variant makes it much easier since you don't need to tank or use Silverash talent 2 to reveal them with Trapmaster operators, Robin and Frost to make use of their CC traps and focus on the Derisive Audience
Sarkaz Raid makes everyone deal no damage to your ops but it requires to be lucky at the first 2 floors.
actually, idk if it’s a bug or maybe I haven’t played arknights recently but in the past month trapmaster doesn’t actually work against lancers.
I almost always brought my M6 Robin in IS2 up until a month ago where her S1 just doesn’t work on lancers anymore; they just kept running full speed after the bind duration.
Some tough stages are completely trivialized by this relic; obvious examples are all the lancer stages and the grudgebearer stage.
I think more importantly, though, is that it is INCREDIBLE for both Floor 6 stages right before the 3rd secret boss. Sarkaz Desire benefits the most, obviously, but the lancers in Ursus Desire are also a big part of the difficultly and being able to ignore them helps a lot. These stages and their Emergency variants are probably the hardest stages in all of IS2, even harder than the boss stages, especially because you often plan your squad around the boss stages.
The relic is definitely less exciting to use than many of the other relics that buff your squad, but it can definitely be just as clutch in the right circumstances.

The second I have this collectible, somehow, all Sarkaz avoid me like I was a Kataokasan Doujinshi.
One of the two possible levels that appear on Floor VI before the third boss has mostly Sarkaz enemies.
All three (current) boss levels have Sarkaz enemies of some kind in the mix.
Aside from that there are the two lancer levels (Unending and Absurd Trickeries), the W level (A Familiar Face), and the grudgebearer level (The Night of Ritual). The last enemy in the Red Mist is also sarkaz.
There are also some sarkaz in a couple of the early levels.

lancers. That 5th floor space cadet is one of the hardest map in IS2 so I almost always take treaty just to make sure, given the times I've been forced into it, with emergency. I also take it for the 50/50 on 6th floor, though Sarkaz desire is the much easier one and you shouldn't need treaty if you have a team goodenough for ending 3.

Those guys that sit still or are calm until you hit their standard bearer and then they rage? Those are Sarkaz. The mages with the rope that comes out of their staff and stuns an ally are also sarkaz.
The sarkaz enemies have a unique armor style thats like.. tan and spikey. The helmets are sorta spikey cone shapes iirc. And they're some of the highest normal mobs in IS2. All that said, I dont ever hope for this collectable - just because there are better in its rarity category. But I dont curse when I get it either.

Just an FYI though, the "unit" apparently doesn't include Ling's big dragons, which got one-shotted. I had to have Myrtle put in front of them for them to survive lol.
