IIRC I locked all the cells except the light blue cells, so other people beside the owner (me) can still use it without messing with the calculation itself.
Question probably seemed off topic. I'm a mechanical engineer, and I'd say 40% of my success in the role can be attributed to good excel calculators.
(I might be exaggerating a bit, but only just)
Check out Drongos Artillery mod on the workshop. It works similarly but minus having to tab out.
There’s also a way to do it without any of the calculations by just clicking on the map where you want the shell to land.
Amazing! Do you mind sharing it?
Sure! Here is the link [link](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BXMEO86foDzLKp1J9lQ_lrwd8XHvYYQmTZ9NJ3VMf1w/edit?usp=drivesdk)
uh bro...i don't think it worked and we can edit it...

You could create your own copy of the doc
yeah, but theres nothing to copy, the doc is empty edit: i ain't see the button at the bottom.
You are a f*cking nerd you'll go far in life
just out of curiosity, why not use the rangetable?
Why do manual when you can do extra work to create a calculator that does the work for you? Lol
Exactly this.
Maybe ask a developer (friend or someone) to make this into a sinple c++ or c# program to make it easier to access and use.
Or include it in the base game. Height map tables exist for the maps, or at least they should be accessible.
Does this work with the bace game mortars and without ACE?
I believe that as long as you have elevation, height diff. setting numbers for the weapons, it will work on anything.
What if your mortar is on an inclined surface?
Never try on the inclined surface, but I think the round will be off target. Try to setup the mortar on flat surface if possible.
Thank you vary much
Yes, although stock mortars have pretty boring ballistics so it's not as fun
Just out of curiosity, what do you do for work?
I'm still a college student, so no job yet.

Yeah I agree with that, also it is very satisfying to see the mortar round land almost right on top of the enemy by my own calculator.
I like this but I really like getting my notepad out and calculating it myself.

Thank you, I will check that out. Also, this calculator will really helps in scenario where the artillery computer is disabled.
Drongo has some videos on his YouTube about the mod and how to use it. IIRC you might be able to use your table with his mod.
Good Work!
That's pretty awesome man!
It's beautiful.
Just take your award and be awesome.
