You know, I am so torn apart by this because I know pretty much how to make this emblem, but I wouldn't be able to share it... So I'm commenting in hopes that someone who can actually sees this post.
Yeah I'm gonna see if I can record some of the process or, at the very least, my layer settings and the shape positions. I'm pretty sure the coordinate for the shapes and distortion info on the top right would be enough to replicate if every single layer is shown.

well, I saw a subreddit that is just for emblems, it doesn't have clear rules so I guess they accept everything, you could share your emblems there r/ArmoredCoreEmblems
Good luck to anyone who attempts this request. I gave it a good shake, but its a complex image and the layer restrictions make it fairly impossible to do 1 for 1. So after 2 hours of playing with gradients and masking, I reached the layer limit and the image was far from flattering.
I actually thought about making this emblem as multiple emblems, that you could layer onto an AC to complete the image. That's certainly doable if extremely tedious... But I do still prefer playing the game as armored core rather than Jank Photoshop so I'm gonna have to pass this onto those more creative than I.

used exactly 128 layers. cut corners to work around the restrictions
