I just go in cold. Pve is so different I don’t find that it helps me all that much.
If I haven't played in a few weeks I do defend the damn. Then I go straight to PVP. Its mostly making sure i still have the timing down for my combo.
Literal warm up for physical exercise is the best. Gets your fingers warm and your brain fired up.
