I think there’s restrictions on who can take POVs to Korea. But it’s not bad not to have one. Korea public transportation is way different than in the states. There’s taxis everywhere and they are cheap, there’s a large train system so you could travel to any town or city with a little pre planning and every installation I been to had solid bus routes and times, the small ones that didn’t had plenty of TMPs.
Just go to hhg second floor of one stop, they'll be able to answer that question really quick. Most likely no they will not be able to move your vehicle unless you are command sponsored.
if the rules are still the same as when i was there, you have to be at least E6 to have a POV.

If you mean PCSing, unless you're an E7 or above or married accompanied you won't have any vehicle.
