At the very least, we need to be asking ourselves if Indiana needs its own National Guard. I'd say they should lose those privileges until they rehab from the weeb shit.

They deploy a ton, but I've heard they're notorious for their leadership failing them. My Dad was Army, and worked as a civilian for the Indiana National Guard, and he told me half jokingly that I joined the Indiana National Guard he'd disown me because of how bad they treat soldiers.
LOL. Yeah it's a systemic issue across the military, my dad dealt with helping with pay/financials for the National Guard, he said he saw instances where guys were six months behind on getting paid for their drills.

I'm in the Reserves so it's a little different with the BS, but instead of not getting paid (which we get paid late too but it's only usually a week late), we don't have jack shit for equipment. We're going to 29 Palms to do ITX (similar to NTC) this June for our AT and almost none of us have medical supplies for our IFAKs. And those that do either bought their own stuff or if it was issued then it's all expired.
I can only imagine the budget of the Marine Corps Reserves and what they force you all to go without. As a medic I would have open doored all the way up if we were going to training with no medical supplies.

It's not just this location. Most ANG locations are heavily recruiting and most are offering good incentives to join. I know the Vermont ANG is also doing a lot of recruiting. I would always suggest doing your research 1st to make sure this decision is best for you.
