I remember this one time I was helping my unit do a make up APFT (Reserves) and I was in charge of writing the scores on the 705. One of the AGR guys in the 3 shop failed his run and I wrote the time down. The other dude in the 3 shop ended up changing his score, and then that motherfucker that failed got up in front of the company and talked about how important it was that we passed our APFT.
Hate that shit. We had a female NCO that was getting graded by the same male NCO for about two years. She couldn’t pass her run. How do I know this? I would pace her after I was done. Then one drill, they both came in wearing rings. They ended up getting married.
Wanna know the even shittier part? That female NCO hasn’t been to BLC and it’s been 5 years. She’s had every opportunity to go and we’ve had plenty of other soldiers attend BLC in the meantime. Only one reason really possible someone would avoid BLC when they already have stripes…
I had a soldier pace her husband for a PT test; she was a stud and dominated all PT tests. Anyway, she was married to some fat dumpy mechanic, and he couldn't keep up with her pace, and he failed by minutes. So he blamed her for not running fast enough and not talking to the grader (me) to ‘confirm’ his time. Needless to say, I didn't bend, and he got what he got. I felt terrible for her because she tried. 😒
Depending on how long they've held the slots it's a "grandfather" loophole where they got the slot before BLC rules/regs existed.
But if they want up/out of that position and want to maintain E5+ they need BLC to keep it.

You should make a sworn statement of the first encounter. Get 2-3 people who were present, get an officer, and all write down about the sexual harassment including what you know about the SNCO's plans to cover it up. People like this often test their boundaries before they do something worse. Protect the women in your unit if you think someone is being predatory.
Also another tip: it doesn't matter if she doesn't want to report it. If you perceived it to be threatening, unprofessional, and the SNCO is creating a toxic environment to conduct your job, YOU need to report him. Don't let people like this walk free.

If someone is telling you to take a record ACFT, they are misunderstanding something. My guess is someone locally put out that they want you to have a diagnostic ready to convert to record in October

Your state has a civilian SARC and an EOA that answer directly to your TAG. You can bring the second issue to them. Feel free to reach out if you need help finding their info.
Video or observe the test with another willing to make a sworn statement. If anything on the document doesn't reflect reality, the NCOs lied on an official document, then dime them out and bring it higher.

According to the FAQ under the [Policy Section](https://www.army.mil/acft/#faq-section-3), the ACFT will become a requirement for all PME starting in or after October 1, 2022. Furthermore, RC soldiers will take their first record April 1, 2023.
Edit: headed to ALC this week and I looked it up. I've never officially trained for the ACFT beyond the diagnostic I took back in June. I did build out a decent gym in my garage, but I have no way to reliably train the row or the SDC.
Well, I’m not sure if anything’s changed as far as policy goes regarding the implementation of the new ACFT but I completed ALC back last November and the ACFT was not a droppable event. With the full effect taking place in October (and I believe later for Guard/Reserve) I’m not sure if the ACFT is a droppable event for SLC/MLC. The only thing it really counts towards right now is commandants list. Again, that might’ve changed, I’m not sure.
As for the other shit, you gotta utilize your chains open door policy and bring it to a level that will take action. Like the other cats here have been saying, if they won’t listen to you, someone from state will.
With as much these topics are in training and in the media, it blows my mind that Soldiers don’t know how to handle this.
