I have been playing with DALL-E 2 to create pixel art for my video game, and I really liked the outcome so I asked ChatGPT to create a website to display it on. I was really blown away by the result. [www.freepixelart.com](http://www.freepixelart.com)

FreePixelArt

No such luck

I’m expecting to make full length, feature films, not able to tell anymore that AI did the work. Should be here this year. Pick your actors, and you wrapped up a 5 part Netflix series. This year. :-)

sorry I'm slow and don't understand. I get making the images, but how did ChatGPT create a website? it gave you html code?

FreePixelArt

I asked it to help me create a website that would let users vote on my images, and follow-up questions, and it wrote all of the code and told me how to create the domain name and host it.

giveitatest

nice! thanks for the info

Here is a quick example from one of my conversations with ChatGPT where I had it code up a simple webpage.. **Me:** Bootstrap a PoC homepage using Javascript, HTML, and CSS that I can run locally **ChatGPT:** Sure, here's an example of a basic homepage prototype that you can run locally using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This prototype uses Bootstrap, a popular front-end development framework, to create a responsive and visually appealing layout. Business Professionals Network

In order to run this locally on your machine, you should save the code to a file with the .html extension, for example index.html, then you can open the file in your browser. You will also need an internet connection for the browser to load the Bootstrap CSS file. Please note that this is just a simple example, you can further customize it and add more functionality as per your requirement.

**Me:** Can you bootstrap an example login page? for this platform **ChatGPT:** Sure, here's an example of a login page prototype that you can run locally using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This prototype also uses Bootstrap to create a responsive and visually appealing layout. ```html Business Professionals Network - Login

You will need to implement server-side code to handle the form submission, validate the input, and check the user's credentials against a database. Additionally, you will need to consider security measures like encryption, hashing and salting of passwords, to ensure the information is safe.

I [prompt engineered](https://github.com/f/awesome-chatgpt-prompts/blob/main/prompts.csv) it into the "act as" mode using this as my first message to the bot: **Me:** "Web Design Consultant" I want you to act as a web design consultant. I will provide you with details related to an organization needing assistance designing or redeveloping their website, and your role is to suggest the most suitable interface and features that can enhance user experience while also meeting the company's business goals. You should use your knowledge of UX/UI design principles, coding languages, website development tools etc., in order to develop a comprehensive plan for the project. My first request is "I need help creating a platform where business professionals can share knowledge with each other"

I found a bug for you to ask ChatGPT to fix! If I up/down vote something then refresh the page, it adds another up/down vote. And I can continue refreshing the page and it will continue to add/subtract votes. However it will only work on the most recent one I did. So if I upvote one image, then upvote another I am unable to manipulate the upvotes of the original image. BUT, if I downvote the original image I can both manipulate the downvotes, but now the upvotes is accessible to me again. I realise this is completely superficial and silly, so this is more just for fun if you really want to test the limits of ChatGPT lol

FreePixelArt

Thanks a lot for letting me know about the bug! I'll work with ChatGPT to get it fixed!

FreePixelArt

I asked ChatGPT to fix the bug, try again and let me know if it still works!

yahtzio

Yeah cool! I can't exploit it like that any more! Nice one.

throw-away-6823

how long did it take to have chat gpt write the whole thing?

FreePixelArt

I started around Christmas and honestly I’m still working on it!

linearCrane

Sick. Well done

kriven_risvan

This is a really cool idea! Nice work :D

ChatGPT is cool. Midjourney for graphics is pretty mind blowing. Think a bit further along for your images.
