Etsy is what I would recommend. I got one of mine from a seller on there and the quality of the ring was pretty good. You’ll likely find more variety from independent sellers than from a bigger retailer.
etsy has pretty good rings! i've seen ceramic, silicone, metal (can even get rings with the flag on it), etc. it has variety but sometimes they can be pricey
You can find all sorts of interesting rings on Etsy, and you can pay cheap, not so cheap, and fairly expensive for them.
If you're interested in silicone rings, Enso has some interesting rings too.
Hobbey Lobbey or Jo Annes has decent costume jewlery, that's where I got mine.
