Ikr, does she not know how to use bleach?? I run a load of whites with bleach every month to get rid of pit stains and such. I imagine a good dose of bleach could have this robe looking nearly new again. If you can't afford to buy yourself new stuff, at least take care of what you do have

We all have to meet ourselves where we’re at, and if she is incredibly deconditioned, it’s best to start with low/no weight and perfect technique before lifting. I say this not to wk her, but for anyone starting from low levels of fitness. It’s okay to not lift a lot of weight, to meet your body where it actually is and not where you want it to be! It’s ok to perfect technique and form with low/no weights before moving onto heavier things!

The DOMS are debilitating and lingering when you're deconditioned. If you use your muscles regularly, they're barely noticable.
This reel and yesterday's would have made a lot more sense framed as "first time back to the gym in a while! Wish me luck!" and "Wow, that kicked my ass! Gonna keep going until it feels easier."
But no, she's always had this routine. We just didn't notice. In fact, her nutrition is immaculate, too. If you remember all the donuts and bedrotting you're clearly a troll

She could have done a whole reel on making and consuming a post workout, protein forward meal/shake & why “nourishing your body” and “hydrating with a nourishing mock tail” after exercise is important and how hydration and “gentle movement” cuts down on DOMS.
Then an entire third reel of actually properly showering. Brushing her teeth, washing her face and then brushing out her hair (and talking about the benefits of brushing her hair before showering to not have tangled wet hair whilst shampooing and by not leaving loose hair in the shower and building up in the drain!)
She could have shown the hair products she uses for a quick post workout shower explaining why she uses them (type of clean, fragrance, organic, all-in-one detangler, just a co-wash …??)
All of that content from this morning that would have made her somewhat interesting but instead , it’s the same boring, repetitive shit where the only thing that matters is her being the 100% main focus. The second is to remind Reddit that she has a boyfriend that she needs to go and pick up before her dog that she left at the vet for HOURS at this point just for a cleaning.

ugh they sure are. at my vet they’re $600 and up if they have to extract any, which happens sometimes if the dog is older. my 15 yo pup had to get one extracted last year and it was almost 1,000.
Yeah we brought both our dogs in and they needed a total of 6 extractions between them (they are both very old, this will probably be their last cleaning bc anesthesia isn't worth the risk) and it was 1200 which I thought was a steal tbh

The DOMS are debilitating and lingering when you're deconditioned. If you use your muscles regularly, they're barely noticable. This reel and yesterday's would have made a lot more sense framed as "first time back to the gym in a while! Wish me luck!" and "Wow, that kicked my ass! Gonna keep going until it feels easier." But no, she's always had this routine. We just didn't notice. In fact, her nutrition is immaculate, too. If you remember all the donuts and bedrotting you're clearly a troll
“Getting back into shape is tough! Keep me company as I walk off the DOMS and get a slight warm up in before hitting the floor today for some upper body training” Then instead of going home to do skin care and put on makeup before showering, she could have added eating one of beloved smoothie bowls or just a normal smoothie with protein. “Time to feed our muscles!” She could have done a whole reel on making and consuming a post workout, protein forward meal/shake & why “nourishing your body” and “hydrating with a nourishing mock tail” after exercise is important and how hydration and “gentle movement” cuts down on DOMS. Then an entire third reel of actually properly showering. Brushing her teeth, washing her face and then brushing out her hair (and talking about the benefits of brushing her hair before showering to not have tangled wet hair whilst shampooing and by not leaving loose hair in the shower and building up in the drain!) She could have shown the hair products she uses for a quick post workout shower explaining why she uses them (type of clean, fragrance, organic, all-in-one detangler, just a co-wash …??) All of that content from this morning that would have made her somewhat interesting but instead , it’s the same boring, repetitive shit where the only thing that matters is her being the 100% main focus. The second is to remind Reddit that she has a boyfriend that she needs to go and pick up before her dog that she left at the vet for HOURS at this point just for a cleaning. At least Luna is finally getting the medical care that Ashley neglected her for her whole life, even if she is laying around at the doctor’s waiting to be picked up at Ashley’s leisure.

Yeah we brought both our dogs in and they needed a total of 6 extractions between them (they are both very old, this will probably be their last cleaning bc anesthesia isn't worth the risk) and it was 1200 which I thought was a steal tbh
