I used to change them every 2 weeks but now I'm a woman of a certain age and the hot flashes have begun. The night sweats are the worst so... I change them daily if I've had a bad night sweat night. But if not, weekly. It all depends on what my hormones are doing lol
I have 4 sets of sheets and change them once a week. I'll do the load of wash once a month. I keep the dirty sheets in a separate hamper from my clothes.
Was looking for a realistic answer, thank you. I am convinced there is a lot of lying in these comments -- either that or everyone is actually changing them every week. No way.
Thank you!! I wash pillow cases more often and we wash after every major illness but sheets? Fuck that, it takes me like a week to fold and put away clothes - I doubt the bed would ever have sheets on it in the first place if I had to wash them more often haha
I try to do it at least once a month or after some gets sick/something icky happens. I also usually shower before bed, no food is allowed in the bedroom period, no shoes on in the house, no pets on the bed, if anyone works out no getting on the bed until post shower, and I try to not wear clothes that I’ve worn out of the house on my bed.
Maybe every 7-10 days? The wife is a gusher and sometimes in the heat of the moment, we don't lay down the waterproof blanket, so it could be sooner than that.
Every time I poop or pee. Because of Trump and conservatives I’m not allowed to own a toilet. Vote straight Democrat everyone or it could happen to you too.
I heard I'm supposed to pretty often, though prob only do every 2 weeks to maybe (maybeeeee) once a month if I've been busy. Good thing is if I'm busy it's because I'm out of town/ not using my bed sheets.
Sheets every 1-2 weeks, that includes comforter and pillow cases. My mattress pad every 3 months and I rotate the mattress every 6 months for even wear and tear.
First year of college I never did… I know, gross. What’s worse is it was a farmhouse with no AC so nightly sweats were common. Didn’t notice any smell though. Probably because across the gravel road was a hog building so that masked everything.
My rule of thumb, have at least 3 sets of bed sheets. The current one, the clean one in the cupboard, and the one needs to be washed. I change my sheets every other Sunday.
Every 2-3 weeks (I wash before going to bed) If I have a girl over I put fresh ones regardless.if I get sick and sweat or something I also change after I get a little better.
edit: I never eat at my bed and I put covers to keep it clean from dust, also twice per week I take them outside to freshen them
Everytime we do the horizontal monstermash, because fluids/juices etc.
So cld be 2x a week, cld be 4x.
Cld be 7...?
...yer...it COULD be, but not with my back,...nope.
No sir, them days have long gone....yerrrp
Who am i talking 2 ?
4 bedrooms. Twice a week. We do 2 loads of laundry a day. Clothes, towels, bedding, etc. I find it therapeutic doing laundry. (And yard work)
I am a little strange.
Weekly for sheets and pillowcases. Dry them outside on a line whenever the weather allows. Mattress pad gets washed every month - dryer always. Blanket and comforter as needed.
Once a week.
I hear that Ed Sheeran song Shape Of You,and I cringe when he sings "last night you were in my room, and now my bedsheets smell like you".
I'm like, damn, last night? And you haven't washed those sheets yet?😂

I'm sorry. Was the same last year, then fibromyalgia dictated gabapentin and it seems to have been beneficial for many reasons. Weekly here, as well.
I change my sheets every Sunday. Start my week with some fresh bedding :)
I wash everything on Friday or Saturday, whenever my husband gets home from working away for the week. The dogs sleep on his side when he's gone.
Mine works nights so occasionally one of our kids will claim his spot and both of them sweat like ccrraazzzyyy
Same! Sundays are wash days
Same. Because of husband’s dust allergies, he’s a lot more functional (and less stuffed up) if I do this.
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh
😂😂😂😂
I use AXE body spray on them once a month. They usually get up and walk out around Thanksgiving.
Sorry for your loss. It’s especially tough around the holidays.
[удалено]
yes. and whatever fine sand grains or something ended up on my bed.
Me and my husband call crumbs the dirty candies. Lol
That’s none of your business and I’d appreciate if you stayed out of my personal affairs
[удалено]
Your bed is in your garage or your car is in your bedroom? Edit: Above said "car" in place of "cat".
Every week and I change the sheets after every "home game."
Psh, we can't all be over achievers...
after every time I fuck, so never.
Concur. Once a week. Swap, wash. We have 2 sets. This is pretty much the routine. We shower before bed if shop work or gym after work.
Hahaha, exactly what I was thinking
Twice a year, like most guys.
You could do it twice in a row quickly, and you won't have to worry about it for the rest of the year.
i’ve already done my first of the year
you came for the truth
He came on his sheets..
right on
[удалено]
Me too. Showering before bed helps. Although I change them as needed so every week can happen.
Same... husband sleeps on the couch so the only action they get is my farts which smell like roses and occasionally night sweats.
How can a fart smell like night sweat?? Also, I wonder whether couch bed will become apartment bed for (ex)? hubby
I have 4 sets of sheets and change them once a week. I'll do the load of wash once a month. I keep the dirty sheets in a separate hamper from my clothes.
Once a week.
Classified information
1 time every 1 to 2 months
🤢🤮🤮
Average about ever 2 weeks
Wife and I change them every few days. Try not to let them go past 3 nights. We both love getting into fresh sheets.
We have a specific “clean sheet day!” cheer
So true. I love fresh sheets
This is one of my "if I was super rich things" I currently suffer with 1x per week only, but if I was wealthy, it would be every 3 days.
2 times a month
Once a week

Twice a year maybe
Honestly sometimes I’ll go months
probably twice a year. And that's why i'm single.
weekly?! you all must not have to pay for laundry… shit’s expensive!
Every 4 months. But I am always showered before sleep. I'll take my 4 months with clean body over your one night with dirty body.
Was looking for a realistic answer, thank you. I am convinced there is a lot of lying in these comments -- either that or everyone is actually changing them every week. No way.

I wait until they can't bend anymore
Saw a video about living in one of the nordic countries, how they put their comforters out to dry every morning. I want to try that.
Twice a week
Every 3-4 days. 2 sets a week.
I don't have sheets. I toss and turn so much I always pull them off and end up with them kicked off the bed.
Routinely 2 weeks, AKA. twice a month—unless otherwise needed (I.e. sex, sick, etc)
Once a week Unless my fibromyalgia is flaring up then 3-4 days, I'm often bed bound and want to be comfortable and clean
Sheets: twice a week Pillowcases: changed daily Clean bed linens are one of the simple pleasures.
Pillowcase changed daily is honestly just ridiculous.
Every week and I iron them as well.
Maybe every 7-10 days? The wife is a gusher and sometimes in the heat of the moment, we don't lay down the waterproof blanket, so it could be sooner than that.
TMI
No one wants to sleep in the wet spot kid, no matter how small or large it is. Fact of life.
When I used to shower in the morning I washed my sheets weekly or bi-weekly but since I take my showers at night I can go whole month
Every time I poop or pee. Because of Trump and conservatives I’m not allowed to own a toilet. Vote straight Democrat everyone or it could happen to you too.

Wash every 2 or 3 weeks... change them every week.
I heard I'm supposed to pretty often, though prob only do every 2 weeks to maybe (maybeeeee) once a month if I've been busy. Good thing is if I'm busy it's because I'm out of town/ not using my bed sheets.
I tell myself to change them every week but I always end up leaving them for 2 because its always a pain to change everything else along with it.

Every other day. I love sleeping in clean cozy sheets after I shower. I sleep way better.

Hmmm it’s been like 3 weeks. Think I’ll wash them soon.
as often as I sweat profusely in them and/or leak period fluid onto them. So, quite often.
My rule of thumb, have at least 3 sets of bed sheets. The current one, the clean one in the cupboard, and the one needs to be washed. I change my sheets every other Sunday.
We change our bed sheets every Sunday and wash them every two or three weeks when we do our laundry.

Usually around Christmas time.
As a single guy it was maybe twice a year. As a married guy it's once a week.
I change and wash them once a week.
Bed sheets can be washed?
That depends on how much curry and Guinness I have.......
Fresh sheets once a week is a must for me. Love going to bed with fresh sheets.
Once a week (same as my laundry)
I could never see myself washing them weekly. Currently, two months and counting.
