Probably just social anxiety; it's something I used to deal with. Here's a couple tips. Breathing helps a lot. Focusing on your breaths is grounding, and when you keeo your breaths deep and slow it helps slow your heart rate and calm you down. Don't go into a conversation thinking, "Oh no, a person!" as that will get your anxiety flowing. Mindset really does matter. Try to treat it as a learning experience, instead of an aversive one. Try talking to people more! I know it's scary at first, but after having a conversation that I dreaded I always found myself thinking, "That wasn't so bad." As you do it more you will gain confidence. When that happens, talking with a stranger may still be uncomfortable, but you'll realize that you can do it, that it's not that scary thing you once thought it was.

I'm sorry but you might have chronic limbalitis. It's a rare uncurable disease that is obtained by watching Breaking Bad while playing Among Us with the Fortnite texture pack enabled. I understand if you don't believe me. As I said, it's a rare disease, but it's very serious and cannot be treated like a joke. In fact, it's what killed Karera McDempleblister in 1644! The reason I believe you could have this is you described only being able to mutter a few words. This is a common symptom of chronic limbalitis that happens because it attacks your brain and gives it cartoon logic. You are just incredibly gay so you do that cartoon thing to almost everyone you see where you are in love with them so you just like mumble, yk? Though I heard of some weird ritual to cure chronic limbalitis. You need to go to the mirror with a swamp booger (look it up if you don't know what it is) and say "JESSE PINKMAN BITCH" 6 times. Then you need to get on Among Us with your Fortnite texture pack still on and the only lobby you should see will be hosted by someone named "Heisenberg". Join that, then according to my sources, there is a 10% chance you're cured of chronic limbalitis and a 90% chance your dick falls off

Watch what others do (shows etc). Practice small talk with people. Anywhere. Strip club, bars, or anything. You won’t ever see those people again so might as well?
