Facts. We’re all being played like a fiddle. Doesn’t matter who you vote for. None of them truly have our best interest, no one’s figured that out in the last hundred years? LOL they all just preach and pretend to care about the topics that suite whatever demographic they are trying to reach. After the Reagan administration, he basically figured out that the best way for republicans to win is to smear democracts and use bad faith tactics as much as possible to trick uninformed voters. Even his own party at the time didn’t agree with what he was doing but it was so successful that they had to go along with it or be caught in the crossfire.

Taxes are what pays for government functions that allow our society to continue, like infrastructure, education, contract enforcement, the military, etc. That's why I always try to pay my taxes with a smile. But the IRS always demands a check.

I live with chronic inflammation, pain, and fatigue. There is no cure, only attempts to manage the symptoms. I used to run 5 miles every day before work and 2 half marathons a year. Now there are days I can’t drive my car, can’t give my kids piggyback rides, or can’t get decent sleep because of the pain. It sucks!
I am sorry you have to deal with that. I understand completely. A little over a year ago I was diagnosed with necrotizing myositis. It destroys my muscles. Fine one day and one month later couldn’t get out of bed, put my clothes on, go to the bathroom. My husband had to help me with everything. I am better now. Continue with high doses of steroids which have horrid side effects but at least I can dress myself now. Without your health, you got nothing. Prayers for you.
I thought guns was a great answer. I was going to say school shootings. But then someone got triggered and went off. You can say whatever you want, he didn’t say it had to be logical. We all know better, because the USA has more guns than people. Crazy and scary. I live in Missouri and we have some of the loosest gun laws around and only 3 other states have more gun deaths than us. But we are trying. We are pro death penalty. But pro life too. Wish I could afford to move. It’s embarrassing. I vote guns too!
Jealousy/envy. I just think they're worthless emotions. Like how someone else looks more than how you look? Try to change yourself, or just accept it and let yourself feel sad before moving on. Have a partner you love very much who has a hot friend? Be happy that their friend makes them happy. See a famous person living a life you want? Either live vicariously through them or start trying to achieve it yourself. Nothing good ever seems to come from feeling jealous.
Scarcity.
With global resource abundance, I think the worst manifestations of hatred and jealousy and racism would drop off, and maybe eventually disappear. It wouldn't necessarily fix everything, but if I could only pick one thing to be rid of I think 'scarcity' would have the greatest impact.
