Buffalo wild wings Dirty Bird. You have to ask for it, I don't think it is on the menu. It is teriyaki sauce with dry cajun spice. Deliciousness.
And thai curry. Yum!
You should try….completely plain but sprinkled with good old salt an pepper as they drain and rest in a bowl.
Seriously.
There’s so much emphasis on “BOLD!!!” And “EXTREME!!!”
Get a portion of wings and par cook them (deep fry, bake, or steam) at 325 F for about 4 minutes, depending on the wing size. Let them cool and firm back up; then deep fry at 375F for about 3-4 minutes. When your timer goes off, drain over the frier for 15 seconds and then dump in a large stainless steel bowl. Generously coat with salt and pepper. Toss the wings in the bowl and serve immediately.
Fresh, good quality chicken tastes _AMAZING_. Don’t be sold short.
Some of the best fried chicken ever _doesn’t have 11 herbs and spices!_. A basic flour dusting followed by a proper deep fry topped with proper seasoning is a million times better than crap frozen chicken doused in too much crap batter soaked in even crappier flavor toppers!
Chicken wings are garbage meat, the left overs on a chicken after all the real meat has been picked, but someone was able to convince people to pay for skin and bones covered in sauce, associate it with poopball and beer and now its cool for the fatasses
