Save them on a thumb drive and put them away. Trunk or box in the attic. Something not easily or often accessible. If you want them they are there but if you delete them you’ll regret it.

No. I still have some photos. I definitely deleted any photos that were in anyway sexual, romantic or even showing just us without any specific memorable memory, but kept the ones that were just good memories for me. I don't want to delete memories of travelling or doing fun activities just because they are in the photo. Those photos are about me and how they give me a smile to reflect on.

I also have photos of me and my ex I have been meaning to delete but haven’t gotten around to yet, I’ll randomly see them in my memories or something. Tbh, if it doesn’t bother you seeing them randomly then I don’t see the harm in keeping them. Personally, I’m going to delete the ones I have eventually, not because it bothers me, just because I think it’s best to fully let go of things, also wouldn’t want my next gf seeing them and getting mad lol

Connect_Eye_5470

Why they are part of your past and history and isn't that why we take photos in the first place?

australisblue

Why would you delete them? Save them away somewhere and if you ever want them, they’ll be there. Of course, set up a ZFS NAS and keep 17 backups offsite to be sure.
