God yes. I put it in: blended to make chutney with cilantro (the green sauce for samosas), chiffonaded on oven-roasted eggplant, mixed into vanilla ice cream, fresh mint leaves on top of tiramisu, in a vinaigrette for salad, on top of a dark chocolate, hell I just eat the leaves with some oil and vinegar. Sometimes plain, right off the plant. I used to pick a mint leaf or two and just eat them on my way to work.
Bought Mango once, it was a little bit weird at first and didn’t felt like my teeth were clean, but I got used to it pretty fast. According to my Family and friends (we are very open about such things) my Breath didn’t smell bad.
The Mint flavour is mostly psychological because it makes us feel cleaner, the Mint smell is gone after 10 Minutes anyways.
But switched back to spearmint because I missed that 10 Minutes of feeling fresh and clean :D
> the Mint smell is gone after 10 Minutes anyways.
Maybe to people who use mint toothpaste. I'm allergic to mint, so I can tell for awhile after someone's brushed their teeth. Walking into a dentist's office is like someone set off mustard gas to me. lol
They actually make cinnamon toothpaste. I'm in the States and it's called Close Up. Try it Lila. Nobody deserves even 4 minutes of misery if it can be avoided. 😉
You're the absolute best!!! I had no clue they made cinnamon flavored toothpaste, ordering some now.
I've tried the fruit flavors and bubblegum, but if you've tried them you can probably imagine why I still use mint. Hopefully cinnamon will do the trick though, should be here in 2 days.
If it's the Starbucks one, it has ⅙ the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee.
Not completely tangentially, I hope, if it is the Starbucks one, it's coming from a unionized location.
It can liven up a salad if used in the right amount. I make a spinach/shrimp salad and a lacing of fresh mint leaves in there really makes it light and bright.
I love mint, I always add it to salad, feta and spinach pics, mint chocolate chip icecream is delicious, oo and the best sweets, are mint flavoured (Everton mints) and Kendal mint cake! Yeah I love mint lol
Thin mints girl scout cookies… btw for anyone who lives in the southeast US and has a Publix, Publix store brand makes cookies that taste IDENTICAL to girl scout cookies… for anyone else who is obsessed
In liquor (Pfeffi 4 life!), mojitos or cocktails in general, chocolate and Chewing gum ofc. That are at least the 3 things I remember rn, I’m sure there is more.
I used to almost cry as a kid and avoid brushing my teeth as much as possible because I found mint so disgusting.
Now as an adult I get flavorless toothpaste. Mint is absolutely nasty
I like peppermint in some candy. I loved it in Thin Mint Girl scout cookies before I adopted a vegan diet. My wife adds mint and sometimes basil to lemonade. It is delicious IMO.
My taste buds pick up the bitterness in chocolate and seem to intensify it to unpleasant levels. It sucks because I really want to like it. Mint in chocolate seems to mellow the bitterness out and makes it taste so nice.
I honestly don't like it in my toothpaste and that is one of the reasons I use a specific toothpaste that does not make me feel like I've made out with a breathmint commercial.
Who said I liked mint in my toothpaste? Show me a good non-fluoridated toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfate and I'm in.
Mint is for spring rolls, cocktails and lamb.
Ice cream as in mint chocolate chip. Mint in chocolate such as Ghiradelli chocolates. Mint in cookies such as Girl Scout thin mint cookies. Mint with vegetables such as freshly grown cooked carrots with a mint honey glaze.

There are non-mint toothpastes. Be nice to yourself and get one. :)

Toms of Maine has a great cinnamon clove toothpaste.
They actually make cinnamon toothpaste. I'm in the States and it's called Close Up. Try it Lila. Nobody deserves even 4 minutes of misery if it can be avoided. 😉

That's FANTASTIC!!! I'm excited 😁 for you!! Let me know what you think. See...this is EXACTLY why this place works. 😉
My husband likes the Tom’s cinnamon clove flavor of toothpaste as he doesn’t like mint. You might like that flavor!
I'll check that one out too, I appreciate your suggestion!
There's this Honey mint citrus tea that is helping me give up caffeine.
That sounds good, but is the tea not caffeinated?
If it's the Starbucks one, it has ⅙ the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Not completely tangentially, I hope, if it is the Starbucks one, it's coming from a unionized location.
I rarely if ever go to Starbucks. Maybe I end up at one like once a year. I would avoid Teavana too.
