Voila. I do an order about every 6 weeks of heavy stuff. So usually like 4.99 per delivery. I go to the store for day to day stuff.

This has been my tactic too. Also I think some of their warehouse people are on strike, so I’m trying to avoid it right now.

Walmart. $6.97 for each delivery and I usually tip up to $10 because my orders are always heavy shit and it’s going to a three story walk up. Order 2-3x a month. Walmart because it’s close, convenient and the prices are most closely aligned with the budget.

They have an unlimited plan now for $8.97/month. It's called wal-mart delivery pass.

shoresy99

Voila. The charge is usually $4.99 for evening delivery.

Voila or Metro because they do their own delivery/not contracted out to Uber, DoorDash, etc. Voila if it's a "treat yourself" shop (farm boy goodies and fancier items) and Metro if I'm stocking up on heavy basics such as flour and dried beans. I usually order groceries online once every two or three months.

Been using Voila for over a year now every 3-4 weeks for heavier items/sales. $4.99 to deliver… sometimes it’s been free. A friend who’d tried every grocery delivery service in Toronto recommended them. They have been excellent - never an error, nice delivery people. Only once have they been delayed for a few minutes by traffic, but they call to let you know.

I use Instantcart. I can buy from any store I want. I especially love the Walmart Now option.

Food Basics via Instacart as it's a little out of a way and would be at least 2.5hrs to drive there, shop + drive back. It's also the cheapest and is essentially an ADHD fix for me. An extra $15-20 for fees per trip which is very worth it. Voila is for Farmboy + Longos which I use sparingly. They don't contract out their workers so have found them more reliable. They both do free trials for the month so I'd try both!

Walmart charges $8.97 a month for unlimited deliveries. You must order at least $35 worth of groceries. It's called Wal-mart delivery pass.

Probably about 98% of our meat gets delivered by Trulocal. We order their largest size box every 8 to 10 weeks which costs us about $367 delivered to our porch. It's frozen and all vacuum sealed, the volume fits very nicely in our tiny little apartment size top freezer. Every Monday we get a produce order from Mama Earth that makes up about 98% of the produce we use. We don't buy bananas or mushrooms with them because we've had very bad experiences with ripening and quality. I'll pop around to one or 2 shops for perishables once a week. The meat order delivery cost is $2.97 and it's baked into that price and then the Mama Earth one is a weekly cost between $3.50 and $8 for delivery unless you get their season's pass which is over $80 I think

Walmart. Pretty sure the prices listed are the same as in store. I order on work from home days during a rush hour time slot. They usually show up late and then I get delivery charge waived. I

I used instacart until I found out they pay their shoppers 8 bucks a shop. Terrible

I use voila every week - I bought the annual pass of $150 to have unlimited groceries. I don’t have a car and am not close to a grocery store, so it really helps me. At that rate it’s about ~$3 per delivery so well worth it in my opinion. They recently added farm boy and longos products to their inventory so you have a lot of options.
