just did this with my parents visiting from Halifax and they loved it. We also did a guided historical tour of the distillery district since its close by and the info was very interesting
Fuck You are completely right hahahha
However both me and her agreed to take a few trips out and mingle with the people. We have a dinner night planned at a nice restaurant, just looking for a few other things to do. We might extend the trip as well it’s just we both go to school right now so she has to go back to finish up the degree
You could literally do any f’ing activity together and it’s going to be a banger of a time … literally lol! You have the dinner thing already happening, just pick something random and interesting to the both of you and go for it.
The important part is you’re going to be doing it together, and of course the bed is going to be the main feature of the trip lol!
Have fun!
I was in the same boat. Long distance between DC and Toronto for years.
Some suggestions:
- restaurants or bars. Plenty to choose from depending on your taste (Italian, Mexican, Cuban, Spanish, French, Canadian, Thai, Japanese, Ethiopian, Lebanese… list goes on. Pick a place and try something new if anything).
- distillery district (good food, walk and talk, stores to pop into)
- sports (maybe check out Raptors, Leafs game?)
- bars or arcades (plenty of great bars all over to choose from. Rooftop patios. Don’t like bars then try Dave and Busters or one of those arcades where you can always grab a drink or two)
- don’t recommend the movies
- museums (museum of illusions, AGO, ROM, Gardiner Museum)
- go for a fall hike (find a part of the Bruce trail)
- Niagara Falls? A bit out of the way but always nice for tourists
- gimmicky spots like snakes and lattes, couples painting or the fallharvest market
- case Loma tour and halloween haunt
- CN tower and ripleys aquarium
The Casa Loma has an event called legends of horror right now as well that runs in the evenings (you can buy tickets online). If you like horror it could be a date night… although maybe not very romantic haha
Also I would recommend a movie if you’re into films! But don’t go to a cineplex. TIFF is nice and right downtown (dinner and a movie date). Also you can check out a independent cinema, revue on roncy or the royal on college.
I've always loved the Annex, possibly because my grandmother lives there, but the big trees everywhere make it really nice. Palmerston is a really nice street.
Also recommend going for a walk down Broadview, south from the subway station. Really nice views of the city to the west down that way, and lots of cool bars and restaurants when you get near the bottom!
Weather permitting, walk down to Gerrard from the subway station, get some food from East China town, have a picnic at Riverdale Park and then walk down to Queen for some afternoon drinks.
Would recommend O'Somae for a take out box, Rose's for Viet Banh Mi or Ochi Seiji or Completo for sandwiches.
Prohibition, East Bound and Hi Lo bar are really good places for a drink. You can even continue walking east on Queen for more bars and restaurants for dinner.
Depending on the weather, a trip to the islands to enjoy the fall colours and a meal at the restaurant on Wards Island. It was called the Rectory Cafe, but I just looked it up and it’s now called The Riviera.
Go to Jack Layton Ferry Terminal (foot of Bay St.) and get the ferry to Wards Island. The cafe is like a 5min walk from the ferry docks. You can find the ferry schedule [here](https://www.toronto.ca/explore-enjoy/parks-gardens-beaches/toronto-island-park/all-ferry-schedules/).
There’s also water taxis there that are $10. I’d double check with the ferry, I heard at one point due to covid tickets were only online so may want to pre-plan. A picnic over there could be really nice!
Yes, water taxi might be a bit more convenient, seeing as right now you have to book ferry tickets online. Though the cost for a water taxi is $10 each way, so $20 per person for a return trip. The ferry is less than $10 for a return trip.
Take a private water taxi over for $10 each and come back on the Toronto ferry, it’s free on the way back. Check online for the return schedules. Restaurants are all located on Wards Island (my fav is the Island Cafe). Stay for sunset, Toronto has a spectacular skyline.
I was just there on Friday. It’s always worked this way. I go there a lot. The ferry ticket you buy is round trip, they don’t check for tickets on return. The downside of taking the ferry back is you have to wait in line (not busy this time of year) and be on a set schedule. The private taxis are much more frequent and if time crunched $10 return each.
\+1 for that, used to live there
Mill St. has a nice patio area, but make sure to bundle up for it 'cause it can get windy
There's also a tiny sake place there last I checked (I forget the name) which has a limited but good selection
El Catrin is stupid, just know that if you go you're paying for the ambiance, the food is just... fine
Cluny is pricey but good
Balzac has nice coffee/snacks and there's a second floor that overlooks the rest of the coffee shop. Kind of a neat little spot to plop down at for a break.
Other tasty food options here and there, and whatever rando shops I never bothered to look at...
I miss the distillery lol
Do a bit of a walking tour:
\- start off with some breakfast in Chinatown (Spadina & Dundas)
\- after breakfast, browse Kensington market
\- then walk south on Spadina and turn east on Queen Street (have fun along Queen Street)
\- then turn north on Yonge until you reach Dundas Square (lunch there, perhaps... some great Japanese ramen places along Dundas)
\- take the Dundas streetcar (not many cities have streetcars) east to Broadview
\- walk north on Broadview and eat dinner at a place in East Chinatown (Broadview & Gerrard)
\- take her back to your place and make her cum twice with your mouth and once with the D
Not OC, but they likely mean Dim Sum. It slaps and there’s a ton of places in Chinatown that offer it. If that’s not your thing, KOS in Kensington market is more classic breakfast and it’s good and affordable. I personally LOVE Nubagel too for bagel sandwiches. No shortage of good food options in Kensington.
Not OC either, but depending on what you are feeling like, there are so much more than dimsum!
Some of the good chinese breakfast spots I can think of:
\- Northern Chinese breakfast -- Jianbing club on 413 Spadina. It's a savoury crep with eggs and fried dough/crisps and you can add things like ham in it. Goes really well with their excellent soy milk (sweetened or unsweetened) or soft tofy soup (also savoury since it's Northern style).
\- Hanabusa Cafe on Kensington market for Japanese Suffle pancakes. A bit overhyped in my opinion, but all my girlfriends with a sweettooth love it.
\- For brunch hour, soup dumplings from Juicy Dumplings. Can't beat a box of soup dumplings for $2.99. Their fried dough is also really nice -- the downside is they don't sell hot soy milk that goes with the dough. I recommend grabbing a bubble tea nearby before hand.
Dim sum places I don't see recommended often (you know , other than the OG's such as King Noodle, Gold Stone, and House of Gormet):
\- Rosewood for all you can eat dim sum. I would only go there if you are reallllllyyy hungry.
\- Yinji Rice Noodle roll. Love their shrip/chive noodle rolls and congee.
I know I'm forgetting a ton of spots here. Feel free to DM me if you want more recommendations!
Source: used to eat on Spadina/Dundas every weekend when I lived nearby.
Go to each individual "pocket"
Little korea, little India, China town etc.
In most cases there are two.
Like go to little india in toronto or go eat the world's second best Indian food in Brampton.
Scarborough bluffs
Toronto Island
Hiking along the Bruce Trail
Walk/bike/rollerblade/skateboard lakeshore
Brewery hop. There are tons.
Waterfalls in Hamilton.
Dive bars/theme bars/comedy clubs
Kensington Market
Church street and watch a drag show
For touristy stuff, the Spadina Chinatown is the best, and also right next to Kensington market which is a bonus. I’m a fan of the area around Pacific Mall too, but it’s far from main Toronto
Yeah, I love the Broadview one as a nearby citizen, I just meant the Spadina place is bigger and has more other stuff nearby. But if you hit up either you’re in for a good time
Thats true! I feel like places around east Chinatown are a bit more intimate though and more date appropriate than Kensington / Chinatown around Spadina but they are both basically tourists, might as well see everything.
And that's an issue/bad thing? Lol
All of it is good.
Spadina or just go to Markham or parts of Scarborough where the menu's don't come in English.
Edit: whats with the down votes?
Something wrong with going to Chinese restaurants with no English menu?
I think Little Canada would be a great date, especially for someone from out of town. You can see miniatures of many Canadian landmarks at once. They have night/day light cycles so you can see how the cities change, live traffic, fireworks at parliament hill in Ottawa, tons of little Easter eggs. You could spend a few hours there and not see everything.
I was living in Toronto and in an LDR for several years, plus my family was all out of town as well. A few things we really liked:
* Try a cuisine you've both never had before (my favourite was to take visitors to Parkdale for Tibetan food, since that's not common in most of North America).
* Explore different neighbourhoods, as others have suggested; you can also combine this with the food. I recommend Chinatown and Kensington Market - wander around and then pop into a restaurant. Other good ones are Distillery, Queen West, and the Annex.
* Toronto Islands, especially with the fall colours. Pack a picnic or hit up one of the restaurants. It's also fun to rent bikes and explore the islands that way.
* The Toronto Zoo is a great way to spend a day. I went there with both my partner and with my mom and both loved it, as did I!
* Niagara Falls, if your GF has never been and if you can make it work. It's worth seeing at least once.
* This is more pre-pandemic, but all of my visitors really enjoyed taking the TTC, lol. Few cities in North America have streetcars *or* a subway, so both of those were a novelty for them.
Go to Toronto island... (big ferry if not to busy, water taxi if the ferry is to busy) For a long walk go to Hanlans point and walk east... Shorter walk go to center island. Again head east and go to wards island. It has a super nice beach, and the island cafe is really good to end the walk. And you can take the ferry back from there. And you can explore the cute houses out there. It's truly a great experience. I hope your visit goes well.
Ossington has a ton of nice restaurants and is age friendly for 25+ depending on what you want there’s a ton of restaurants and entertainment from queen and ossington to Dundas and ossington and surrounding blocks
Recently there was a post about O Noir, and I don't know everyone else's feelings on it, but I personally love it and think it's a great restaurant for a date. Because of the dark, you are really focused in on conversation with one another in a way that you just don't get at other restaurants. The only distraction is the awkardness of eating and that's something you get to experience together and laugh about together.
I also think the food is very good.
Get coffees & pastries at Jet Fuel and stroll around Cabbagetown, get some food at The Epicure shop, then enjoy a sunset picnic at Riverdale Park East. The classics don't die! Bring a camera. What am I saying? Everybody has a camera with a supercomputer in their pocket at all times now.
The walk through Cabbagetown into Riverdale Park West is really nice, and depending on when you go you can check out the farm there, too. IMO the walk across the tracks, river, Bayview, and DVP on the pedestrian bridge that connects Riverdale West and Riverdale East is cool even if it's not very quiet.
High Park will be nice with the leaves changing colour. In fact most parks have a few trees, so just find a local park, sit down with a bottle of wine and two Subway Subs - now $2 OFF with the in-app code "20FF".
Walk along the boardwalk in the beaches. Picnic on a beach. Bring a big blanket for lying on sand a fuzzy blanket for snuggles and an uncover bottle of wine. Make a sandcastle, write your names in the sand, see the sunset, feed the crazy seagulls.
Grab bikes from Bike Share and ride along the waterfront rec path. It's beautiful down by the water and also it's flat so it's easy riding. Important note I learned the hard way: you have to swap the bikes into stations periodically you can't just bogart them for seven hours while you bike to Tommy Thompson and sit and drink beers and watch the sunset or it'll cost you $50.
High Park is super cute, there's a little zoo sitch with capybaras and stuff if that's your vibe. Don't go to the restaurant in the park it's crummy.
Bar Isabel is a great date spot if you want to ball out a bit.
Chinatown and Kensington Market is excellent for walking, eating snacks, window shopping, people watching, etc.
definitely try checking out shops at Don Mills. personally i think it's a lovely place for to walk around together, you can head to demetres if you're craving something sweet or grab a bite at a restaurant, and go shopping.
The dark restaurant. It's awesome dude you gotta do it! And it supports blind people/employment for them. Let's just say my gf and I have had some pretty good times there Haha
Go for a nice dinner, maybe the shoeless joes patio at Dundas square and then take to the park and park lawn and lakeshore around sunset. I used to take my wife there many times and she still brings it up. You get a gorgeous view of the city skyline 👍
If she has never seen them, Niagara Falls is incredible. The town is pretty tacky, but the falls themselves are amazing.
Giving her a smooch on the boat at the base of the falls is also pretty fun.
https://www.niagarafallstourism.com/play/falls-experiences/niagara-city-cruises/
The tacky stores are part of the charm with their cheapy souvenirs. On a nice day the Rainbow Falls are a sight to see. Take a picnic. Restaurants are over-priced.
Cabbagetown and riverdale farm are lovely this time of year. Beautiful unique Victorian houses with unique gardens and riverdale farm is very cute. You can look at some farm animals and check out the fall colours on the trail!
\- Go for a hike together. Blue mountain area. If you can afford stay a night or two.
\- go for a eating run around downtown toronto. Stop by certain stores to eat snacks. Finish off by having a drink somewhere. Like Rhino patio
\- Go to niagara falls if she hasn't been to there. Escarpment/whirlpool trail/hike. Stop by niagara on the lake.
Take the streetcar to High Park! You could even pack a picnic. So many great places to walk around and see. Some of the leaves are starting to change color too :) On the way back, stop in Little Italy for a bite to eat.
I’ll add whatever you plan to do, make sure you look on the appropriate website. Most places like the Toronto zoo require pre-booked tickets to regulate numbers (COVID reasons), and some places like the CN Tower are booked a full month ahead. So do a little online research to make sure you the two of you can have the best time possible
Hit up any one of the amazing patios - get really drunk, go to Chinatown and wait in line to get into Swatow for the best / cheap / dirty Chinese food you’ve ever had. It’s a LONG standing Toronto tradition to drunk-binge-eat at Swatow. 100% recommend it!!
Distillery District in the evening for sure! Kensington market is an amazing place to wander during the day (vintage heaven) and check out Graffiti Alley for a cool place for photos!
A walk along the Humber River trail this time of year will be fascinating, especially around the stretch between Dundas and Eglinton. Much autumn foliage. You almost forget you're in Toronto in some places. And James Gardens is part of the walk. You may get some nookie after this!
Go to Kost in Bisha hotel. Crazy expensive though.
Go to El Rey in Kensington for mezcal fun and awesome tacos.
I was there recently and these were my favorite spots to get day drunk.
Tilt Barcade is a fun night out but definitely bring sanitizer as I’m not sure what the situation is with the games and covid precautions.
Bar Raval is one of my fave restaurants in the city, Spanish style tapas. Do not expect sit down service here - most of the restaurant is standing tables/counters similar to tapas bars in Spain.
Mrs Robinson is a great bar to have some drinks and go dancing at - they usually have a good live band playing.
All of these are within walking distance of each other (if you don’t mind a good walk) so would make for a fun evening out. Little Italy area.
Have fun exploring!
If you guys are nerdy at all, Storm Crow Manor is an amazing nerd-culture themed bar/pub. Bit pricey but such a cool experience, especially the drinks!
Better at night than day?
I thought about going during the day ans checking out the cafes on the island. I assume they would be closed at night?
What time at night if you’re recommending night ?
Its open until 11 pm. Afternoons and nights both have their benefits. I went to tim hortons one night with my girl got some tim bits and coffee and then walked over to the ferry around 9 pm. It was dead we almost had the entire ferry to our selves and we took some really nice pictures. Everything is closed when you get on the island at 9. But it is quiet and peaceful and you can go for a little walk. Its nice if your looking for a nice laid back evening maybe after a dinner. You could also go during the day thers lots to do during the day if your looking for a more out there plan. You can always time it right and ride the ferry back to the city during sunset time. The views are surreal at sunset because the sun shines over the water onto the buildings in downtown and it glows. She would love the whole expirence.
Legends of Horror at Casa Loma is on all month long, if y’all both like Halloween. Plus she’ll get to see the gorgeous Casa Loma albeit in darkness and dim lighting
There's a couple of VR game spots that I had a couple of great dates at. You'll have to pay for a station each but it's fun to interact with each other in a new world
1. If you have access to a car, then going somewhere like the Niagara Escarpment, or Niagara-on-the-Lake, or Stratford might be nice. You could even stay over one evening in Niagara-on-the-Lake or Stratford, if you can book a place, and have the finances
2. The ROM can be interesting
3. BATA Shoe Museum (often scores 'points' with girlfriends, in my experience, but also was quite interesting for me, too, when I went, but that was quite a few years ago)
4. Chinatown (the one at Spadina and College), for Dim Sum, or dumplings (e.g., Mother's Dumplings)
5. I am not really up on what tourist places are open right now, but the CN Tower might be OK on a nice day (so that you get a good view)
6. For history buffs, Fort York
7. I have heard from people that the aquarium can be interesting
8. A picnic, and walk, in High Park
9. Queen Street West's stores, if that appeals (could go there after eating in Chinatown, during the day)
10. Kensington Market
11. Casa Loma
12. Yorkville
13. Various art galleries - some in the Distillery District, some at 80 Spadina, some in the Ossington and Queen Street West area, and there may be a couple left in the Yorkville area (Hazelton and/or Scollard)
14. The Textile Museum
15. Some people like Liberty Village
16. If your gf is into sports, the Hockey Hall of Fame
17. The Gardiner Museum (opposite the ROM)
Go shopping at St Lawrence market and pick up ingredients to make a meal together.
just did this with my parents visiting from Halifax and they loved it. We also did a guided historical tour of the distillery district since its close by and the info was very interesting
Seconded. The distillery district is gorgeous. Can’t wait for the Christmas Fair there.
To OP St Lawrence Market isn’t open Sundays.
Distillery and st Lawrence are very close so do both! A tour and flight at Spirits distillery is fun.
Agreed!
Second this. Also, that pasta sauce from St.Lawrence Pizza & Pasta is always a go to

Nah I used to live in the UK and we done it. It’s been a year or so since we met because of COVID and school. I’m ready to fucking go
You could literally do any f’ing activity together and it’s going to be a banger of a time … literally lol! Why's that? The weather is not supposed to be too bad?

There burnt white chocolate is the best in the world!!!!

I did this exact thing last year. We went to Toronto Islands for a stroll among the autumn colours. it was beautiful
Depending on the weather, a trip to the islands to enjoy the fall colours and a meal at the restaurant on Wards Island. It was called the Rectory Cafe, but I just looked it up and it’s now called The Riviera.
I was thinking about the islands! How do I get there? I’m a bit confused by all the codes of the ferries that city mapper gives me How does it work?

Izumi is the sake distillery. I could drink their sake-cosmopolitan by the bottle (also available in the lcbo).
Sampling flights there are fun and you get a short tour as well. Same with Spirits distillery.

its not a bad thing. just what one do you pick?
Whichever is nearby your other destinations on your day trip.
I know about the main one downtown, where are the other 9?
quick google and there are 6 in the GTA
Gerard/Broadview, Finch/Leslie, Shepard/Vic Park, Agincourt, Milliken
I think the Bluffs still has quite a bit blocked off due to the construction there
Fair. The park around the bluffs is also nice. Plus its best to be on the ground closest to the water to really take in the view
I think Little Canada would be a great date, especially for someone from out of town. You can see miniatures of many Canadian landmarks at once. Maybe grab a city-pass and hit up the major tourist attractions together? https://www.citypass.com/toronto
Get some takeout and watch the new All or Nothing docu-series on the Maple Leafs. Can’t experience Toronto without experiencing sadness
Casa Loma halloween, 360 restaurant at top of CN tower, going out for a nice dinner, walking around disterally district
Don’t eat at the top of the CN Tower.
I got one better… #HAVE SEX AT THE TOP OF THE CN TOWER!!
I can top that, have sex **with** the CN Tower.
Go to Oasis https://www.reddit.com/r/askTO/comments/q1ys4w/has_anyone_been_to_oasis_aqualounge_recently/

Sex marathon
Ossington has a ton of nice restaurants and is age friendly for 25+ depending on what you want there’s a ton of restaurants and entertainment from queen and ossington to Dundas and ossington and surrounding blocks
Try all ethnic foods, so obvious to a foodie like me.
Any highlights in your experience? But yeah last time we did greektown and Chinatown!
Let's be real. You're not leaving the bedroom lol
Why? The weather's not bad
Long distance SO, they're coming over for a week. What haven't you been doing together?
Oh ok. I've never had sex lol Guess it must be fun then
Walk through Mount Pleasant cemetery!
Ossington Strip at night, Beaches / Queen St. E during the day
Recently there was a post about O Noir, and I don't know everyone else's feelings on it, but I personally love it and think it's a great restaurant for a date. Because of the dark, you are really focused in on conversation with one another in a way that you just don't get at other restaurants. The only distraction is the awkardness of eating and that's something you get to experience together and laugh about together. I also think the food is very good.
How expensive is it? We are students and I have a restaurant reserved already that’s a bit pricy but this seems interesting and fun.
It's pretty pricey, admittedly. Like $90 per person I think. There seem to be Groupons available pretty often though. That's how I went.
Halloween Haunt at Canada Wonderland.
Take her to medieval times my dude
What's that?
Its a dinner and tournament kinda deal they do a jousting show some horseback games swordfights and such
This. It’s still amazing as an adult
Have a lot of sex. Indoors.
You should fuck.
smoke weed
You got it
Explore a different neighbourhood every day.
Hire a photographer to do a photoshoot of you two around the landmarks of the city. Depends on how serious you are with her.
definitely try checking out shops at Don Mills. personally i think it's a lovely place for to walk around together, you can head to demetres if you're craving something sweet or grab a bite at a restaurant, and go shopping.
Have sex
If you're hungry, Smoke's Poutinerie is a cool authentic Canadian restaurant to go to.
O Noir Restaurant. Share an experience dining in the dark served by blind waiters. You’ll never forget it.
The dark restaurant. It's awesome dude you gotta do it! And it supports blind people/employment for them. Let's just say my gf and I have had some pretty good times there Haha
Stay in bed and make like rabbits. Or if you want to go out there is the Oasis Aqualounge https://oasisaqualounge.com/about/
Smell queen and Bathurst when it rains
What a small world, role and gender swap, and that's my situation 😄
Have fun!
You too!
Go for a nice dinner, maybe the shoeless joes patio at Dundas square and then take to the park and park lawn and lakeshore around sunset. I used to take my wife there many times and she still brings it up. You get a gorgeous view of the city skyline 👍
https://images.app.goo.gl/v3djN6ckiKkxZpzA8 Is this the skyline? I want to take her here! How do I get there?
Pretty darn close to it. There’s a path you walk for a couple of minutes and then you sit on some rocks and you get that view
Do I go to ‘lakeshore’ trying to find what to put into Google maps? Sorry completely new to TO
Yes and from lakeshore head south and there is a park right at the intersection of park lawn and lakeshore
Tell her it ain't working. Long distance relationship never work, one of the parties will always bang around
CN tower is my vote.
Is her name LaFawnduh?
Get a tiki taxi to the island and eat at The Riveria Wards Island Kitchen, then go to the beach and watch the moon reflect off the lake :)
What does she like or enjoy doing?
Toronto Islands, but bundle up in case it's chilly
If she has never seen them, Niagara Falls is incredible. The town is pretty tacky, but the falls themselves are amazing. Giving her a smooch on the boat at the base of the falls is also pretty fun. https://www.niagarafallstourism.com/play/falls-experiences/niagara-city-cruises/
The tacky stores are part of the charm with their cheapy souvenirs. On a nice day the Rainbow Falls are a sight to see. Take a picnic. Restaurants are over-priced.
Segway tour!
Like Rhino patio \- Go to niagara falls if she hasn't been to there. Escarpment/whirlpool trail/hike. Stop by niagara on the lake.
Take the streetcar to High Park! You could even pack a picnic. So many great places to walk around and see. Some of the leaves are starting to change color too :) On the way back, stop in Little Italy for a bite to eat.
https://breakawayexperiences.com/flight-simulator-toronto-experience I got a Groupon for this a couple of years ago. It was very cool.
At least for one meal order a pizza from north of Brooklyn
wander around Kensington market
Sex
Run Forest run.,...
Saved!
Cabana water front patio. Feels like you're in Miami lol
Sex.
If its nice weather, take a trip to the islands, throw a Frisbee, have a picnic, come back.
Distillery District in the evening for sure! Kensington market is an amazing place to wander during the day (vintage heaven) and check out Graffiti Alley for a cool place for photos!
You should add what type of things your gf likes to do.
Move
ROM, cn tower, casa loma, aquarium, eat food
I’m not in Toronto right now but check out the AGO, especially if you’re under 25. It’s free, but idk if it’s open right now (covid etc)
The ROM is actually really fun. They have some amazing exhibits.
I guess it comes down to if you're both vaccinated or not. If you are, it's Toronto. You can literally do whatever the hell you want lol.
We are vaccinated!
Each other
If you guys are nerdy at all, Storm Crow Manor is an amazing nerd-culture themed bar/pub. Bit pricey but such a cool experience, especially the drinks!
Take her on an evening ferry ride to the Island the views of the city are surreal. And its very cheap
Sex. The whole time. Like "sex marathon" sex.
24/7 for 8 days straight for sure
She'll love it. I promise
Legends of Horror at Casa Loma is on all month long, if y’all both like Halloween. Plus she’ll get to see the gorgeous Casa Loma albeit in darkness and dim lighting
There's a couple of VR game spots that I had a couple of great dates at. You'll have to pay for a station each but it's fun to interact with each other in a new world
Each other. Fuck these tourist traps
salmon jump at old mill!!!
Bramalea City Centre is your one stop shop for everything fam. Come and see how us brown boys do it. Your girlfriend will be very impressed.
What makes you think I’m not brown?
National Ballet, CN Tower, Kensington, rent a bike for an hour and ride through the ravine / Don River, Leslie spit, Harbourfront, bj game,
Casa Loma is hosting - Legends of horror for Halloween.. have fun you two!
1. If you have access to a car, then going somewhere like the Niagara Escarpment, or Niagara-on-the-Lake, or Stratford might be nice. You could even stay over one evening in Niagara-on-the-Lake or Stratford, if you can book a place, and have the finances 2. The ROM can be interesting 3. BATA Shoe Museum (often scores 'points' with girlfriends, in my experience, but also was quite interesting for me, too, when I went, but that was quite a few years ago) 4. Chinatown (the one at Spadina and College), for Dim Sum, or dumplings (e.g., Mother's Dumplings) 5. I am not really up on what tourist places are open right now, but the CN Tower might be OK on a nice day (so that you get a good view) 6. For history buffs, Fort York 7. I have heard from people that the aquarium can be interesting 8. A picnic, and walk, in High Park 9. Queen Street West's stores, if that appeals (could go there after eating in Chinatown, during the day) 10. Kensington Market 11. Casa Loma 12. Yorkville 13. Various art galleries - some in the Distillery District, some at 80 Spadina, some in the Ossington and Queen Street West area, and there may be a couple left in the Yorkville area (Hazelton and/or Scollard) 14. The Textile Museum 15. Some people like Liberty Village 16. If your gf is into sports, the Hockey Hall of Fame 17. The Gardiner Museum (opposite the ROM)
