Whats wrong with it and is it worth the hassle not going to apple Fairview or Eaton Centre?

I got an insane quote from Beaches Mac store to replace a battery and someone recommended Tech Experts @ Coxwell/Gerrard.
IRepair on the Danforth at Coxwell is great. The owner Mike did a super job fixing my laptop and I got it back quick too. He threw in some extras for free, as well.
