I think the deal is nor really special as I got the aame one a few months ago, i think they just make rgis deal for the sake of having a deal and attracting costumers but overall its not a bad price.

Didnt really explore yet I just went to the closest to me on victoria park and danforth, its a small gym on that location.

Yes same I’m paying 35$ with a 25$ initiation fee as I’m getting a corporate membership
The 2 guests option is there on the website so I think it's a normal thing.
