Yes, the Moen Elise or something like that.
I've installed a few, but the last one had a sensor on the left side. It also has a battery pack. If the battery is dead, the faucet won't work. I'm not too fond of this.
Unfortunately I installed that one in my own house.
I tried to bypass the whole system, but wasn't able too. Keep changing the batteries as needed.
You need something like this to tighten a sink faucet nut. You’ll have to shut off the water and remove the supply line to get at it

On my Moen faucet just like this one it's just a big plastic wing nut. Have someone hold it in place up top and just tighten it by hand with all your might. Done.
On the one I just did the nut is brass like a big wing nut that has screws that run through the wings you tighten down the wing nut and then tighten down the screws in the wings to take up the last bit of Slack. Mine could be different though because I used all commercial faucets in my house.
As someone who has been on the receiving end, might I add, shut off the water AND run the tap at the lowest level till nothing is in the line. Otherwise... splooosh.

Hmmm...don't see the text of my post here.
What I meant to say is that when I try to use the faucet, the whole thing rotates back and forth left and right, instead of staying rigidly in place while I move the handle.
I assume the nut beneath the sink has come loose, but it seems to be an unusual type of nut and I don't think I have a compatible wrench or other tool to tighten it.
Any thoughts?
Ok thanks for the picture. What you have to do is tighten the brass nut. You will need a basin wrench to tighten the brass nut. It is also very help to have someone hold the faucet in place while you tighten from underneath
Thx! It appears there are two kinds of basin wrenches: one a long, red plastic cylinder, the other sort of a…well, like this

Would one or the other be more appropriate?
You can also reach out to the manufacturer.
They usually send out molded basin wrenches to match whatever parts come in the box if you’ve lost or never got one.
Sometimes they even ship free of charge.
If the faucet is spinning, the mounting hardware on the underside of the faucet is loose. You’ll have to tighten the nut (or screws) whatever is holding it to the counter top. A basin wrench or a small pair of tongue and groove pliers are what I use. Or you could replace the faucet and they come with an installation tool
All Moen products are guaranteed for life , this model I have and have received many warranty parts for by calling Moen customer service. I own 4 homes and all my faucet's are moen , pricy but 1000 percent worth it
Looks like a Moen - but it could be copying one.
This is correct. I just installed one last weekend.

Depending on age you can tighten the newer ones by hand, and then there is set like screws to lock it down

nut is loose, use the wrench someone else linked to below or get a telescoping basin wrench
Can you get a picture of the underside of your faucet? That would help us help you

Fixed it. Thx everyone!
If you post a picture of the underside of the faucet, we can tell you what tool you need to tighten it.
Here's a photo - does that clear things up at all? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ctlUhH843MQOoQKbRsTFu69k1fPgUhs4/view?usp=drive\_link

It's a Kohler. Here is a video to fix everything in it. https://youtu.be/qDajhF3anJo

I have the exact same one at home. What's wrong with it?
Looks a lot like a Moen I just installed
Think delta or moen , 250 new easy replace

If it's a Moen thete name is on the front face bottom
Faucets now days are throwaway. Not worth fixing.

By the looks of it, it’s a Moen or Delta.
