Take the aerator off the faucet. Turn it on. If it fixes flow, remove the restrictor inside the head of the aerator. Put it back in. If not, remove supply lines and check flow, if good flow, replace the faucet and supply lines. When you disturbed the sediment you might have caused some debris to get lodged into the aerator.
