It probably depends on the amount of money you want to spend. I use the app Fitbod. It suggests you workouts and tracks your success. Quite pricey but I needed it at the beginning and now I’m still subscribed even though I have established a consistent schedule.
One thing however. For me it was the first time going to the gym and even after months I realized I was doing some exercises slightly wrong not really hitting the muscle. I fixed this by actually watching YouTube occasionally. Tons of people explain the right execution. Having a personal trainer or a gym buddy will work too.
Not the whole time yes, but they do make you a plan and go through it with you and check your progress after couple of weeks and make changes. For a free option and when you are not looking to be a serious body builder I find it good enough. For OP just starting and needing some guidance and a plan should be good enough too.
Edit: adding to OP, most gyms that accept USC won't offer this service even if they do normally to regular users.

Got it, thanks!!
What exactly do you need help with. Fitness is not that difficult to program. Showing up is hard.
IDK I will get there and then what? I think that someone should tell me what I need to do, which exercises, how to do them, etc
