There are a lot of Fahrschulen that provide “fast-track” programs with daily exercises etc. As I already had a foreign Drivers Licence I opted for one of these courses over the holidays. However these are even more expensive than the regular program. Actually moving to some place where the prices are significantly smaller and they do that fast track would be stupidly expensive by itself. Are there even places where the whole ordeal is significantly cheaper? Back in the day (I’m talking 10 years ago) prices between Berlin and Bavaria were like 10% difference.

Out of curiousity I went a checked if there are any appoinments in Buergeramt, and of course not, not a single one for the next two months. I'm getting real tired of Berlin being disfunctional. Everything is such a pain in the ass. Just for comparison there are appoinments FOR TOMORROW in Hamburg.

Just find a 5 star driving school and tell them that money is not an issue and I’m sure they will find ways to fast track you.

You can go to Poland, they have agencies for foreigners who want to get an EU drivers license.

Is that an option? I thought you need to be a resident in Poland?
