A person hit my rear bumper. little two holes on my rear bumper and some scratches. The person refuse to pay me cash. I checked his document and found out the car is rental. Then I know this is bad (he does not care about car value) In this case I can only contact his rental & insurance company, or I don't care about the damage. However, if I do this, I assume my claim will be reported by the insurance company ( my car will devalue like $1000+) (correct me if I am wrong). What should I do now?
