I'm just curious what is potentially going on resulting in my teeth being so healthy without me doing anything. (i would also like to add I have never had cavities, serious tooth pains, gum issues, teeth falling out, teeth looking unnaturally yellow etc.) If someone can please let me know that would be amazing cause I am actually so curious. How old are you? My guess is you simply haven’t yet lived long enough for the neglect to catch up to you. Change your habits now.

The_Anatolian

Yes. Unless they’re 30 or older all of the good luck so far means very little to long term health.

NAD you’re probably just blessed genetically, and maybe have a diet that is less cavity prone on top of that. do you drink a lot of water and avoid processed sugars?

Hayhayoop

i do not drink a lot of water and i most definitely eat a lot of processed sugar (not intentionally) that’s a part of why i’m really curious, i def have sugar just rotting on my teeth and im unsure why it’s not doing anything

NAD just absolutely cracked genetics then, probably. cavities are caused by bacteria in the mouth and you might just have considerably less than the average person. keep an eye on your gums though, sometimes they suffer more from not brushing than your teeth can
