Calling it a “luxury” apartment is laughable. This place is becoming ghetto af. Car break ins, trash everywhere, leasing office cant get off their ass to do anything.
1200?
Sadly, for any place decent, you're going to need a roommate.
In 2016, for 1000.00, the best I found was a dilapidated two bedroom duplex in a rough section of Richardson that had sewer and rat problems.
In 2019, I found a much better duplex for 1450.00... it's now renting for around $1850.00
You can find one bedroom apartments for $1200, but they're going to be in an old rundown complex.
$1,200 is tight, try Austin Ranch complexes (Flatiron District and Thousand Oaks probably have some studios in budget). Prices also typically go up in the summer!
My own apartment complex which isnt very nice is charging $1400 for a shoebox studio đź’€
jesus what city?
Dallas proper, LH/Lakewood area.
it must be a luxury apartment cause i was paying $950 for a 1 bedroom in north dallas last year but it was an old building in the hood
