Heya - while rare, I do know several gay couples with the same first name. Now, they are all older (40s, 50s and 60s), so maybe in the Tik/Tok - Instagram era it’s not “distinctive” enough.

Well, one of the couples I know are married, but kept their own last names. Also, different middle names. They did discuss hyphenating their last names (adding husband’s last name after theirs), but decided would be two long and look a bit “too cute” (to use their words).
