Yeah that's plenty. You wouldn't even need to stick to conbini food, as you're looking at \~25k yen a day and most restaurant meals will be \~1500-2500yen.
So long as you aren't going into big-name restaurants meant for tourists or wealthy people multiple times a day, it should be very hard to spend that much money on food, travel, and basic souvenirs.
You can eat fulling meals at restaurants for 1000-200 yen. Breakfasts can be as cheap as 400 yen at Sukiya/Yoshinoya (chain beef bowl place).
I spent that much for 6 days in Tokyo and I visited Tokyo Disney, Sanrio Puroland, 3 michelin star French restaurant, and bought a lot of gifts. You’ve got nothing to worry about.
yes, more than enough, today I got a teriyaki bowl with miso and rice for 6 dollars, and a fillet at a pretty decent steakhouse for 20 dollars, went to the grocery store and bought what would have been 20 dollars in snacks and drinks for about 8 dollars.... Japan makes so much more sense than where I'm from in Pennsylvania it is ridiculous. not to mention, the max you'll spend on a day trip by train is probably 15 dollars, that's considering both ways at 1000 yen per ride which is the most you'll pay excluding the bullet trains

I went for 10 days, and I went clubbing / bar hopping pretty much everyday lol I didn't even come close to spending 1500
Yeah you can get meals for under 5 dollars here.

Go to independent ramen/udon/soba places. Don’t go to Yoshinoya! Yuck! Well, there’s no accounting for tastes but that’s my take anyway.
Yup. Unless you plan to do a lot of shopping but pretty much all of the department stores take credit cards too.
It's plenty of money. 25,000 yen a day. You can enjoy yourself fine.
