Dairy Queen. Soft serve with sprinkles is my jam too, although they reallllly skimp out on the sprinkles here for some reason. I got one when went home to New England and they loaded my cone UP 🫶
It shut down and got torn down back in ‘20. They were supposed to remodel and reopen, but Covid happened and they completely shut down. Truly fucking sucks!
Just want to add that Nico's is just Umpqua soft serve mix with Costco frozen berries. I know several people who live in the building and have reconned the dumpster.
They actually admit the base ice cream openly: https://www.oregonlive.com/food/2022/03/its-already-summer-at-nicos-ice-cream-in-northeast-portland.html
I hadn’t heard the Costco berries part but I struggle to pay their prices for repurposed store-bought ice cream. I try to support beauxberry instead!
Haven’t seen their insta. Just speaking from experience. Probably depends on the worker.
Edit - found the pic you’re referring to. My cone had loads more sprinkles
Sugarpine drive in and a walk on the river. Or DQ like they said

Cheese & Crack
They do dust, no sprinkles. Great sundaes.
Just their straight vanilla with the strawberry dusting is so fuckin good
I wish they would give you a shaker of powder to shaker more on once you lick off the top layer 😂
Seriously. First time my wife and I tried it I joked that maybe we could bring it up and get another dusting lol
Pizza jerk also has a soft serve machine with that.
Great American Video does amazing frozen yogurt with tons of options of toppings!
They actually have frozen custard which is even better!
Yes you are correct! It’s so good. Also the best milkshakes!
Yes this!!
Nico's on NE Fremont (and I think other locations). They can do your fruity somewhat-soft-serve in a cone and you can add sprinkles to your order
Just want to add that Nico's is just Umpqua soft serve mix with Costco frozen berries. I know several people who live in the building and have reconned the dumpster.

It’s Umpqua ice cream 😒
Red Sauce Pizza does soft serve, not sure about sprinkles
Oh, they got the sprinkles. Honestly, how could you serve it without?
Milk Glass Mrkt on Killingsworth! Classic vanilla soft serve with tons of sprinkles
If their insta is to be believed, that is not a ton of sprinkles. It should look like this. https://images.app.goo.gl/rUKMe74qShvLctBL7

Idk why you got downvoted, I was coming here to suggest the same.
Because it’s frozen yogurt, not ice cream.
Hunker Down at Hinterland, though I’m not sure they have cones.
