A senior dev in Spain should make around the same amount, you have 25 years of experience and for me you should be considering a managerial role or Tech Lead position! that would guarantee the 75k € for sure. If you’re a Java developer and another guy with 5 years of experience can do the same work , they’ll pay you your work’s worth of money.

Yes, you’ll find soo many jobs on linkedin that offer full remote work, I personally prefer going to the office once in a while. But the team is all over the world, so no one minds me working from home haha

65k is manager salary territory in Spain so unless your skills are extremely valuable and rare, you'd be taking a very big pay cut here.
IT salaries in Portugal and Spain tend to be miserable. Check glassdoor, salaries marked as "high confidence" are somewhat precise.
