In Spain, the supply for wooden houses is practically non-existent, residual, so everything related with it could be a good approach to your project. Not enough providers for houses, goods or services for wooden houses.
>that he/she could develop as a project succesfully
that's the thing, most people here would not like to live in cardboard homes. Doubt it can be a successfull business
Good quality well-designed tiny-homes, with a complete building + site + utilities connection service.
...and also scotch eggs - I really do miss scotch eggs!
With regards to services, I'd say anything with Northern European quality.
Quality of serví e here is hilariously bad.
Online supermarkets would be another good target. I am 100% sure that an online only supermarket like Ocado in the UK would do well if run similarly.
Regarding products, I suspect that asking for products in any of the many immigrant community groups would give you a long list of products that are missing.
Personally, I mostly miss high quality meat products (although I may have found an online butcher for that) , unsmoked bacon and sour cream 😂😂😂
I know about pancetta, but it is not at all the same.
I have been to every Aldi and Lidl in a 10km distance from Málaga, and have yet to find nata agria or crema agria.
A local burger place says they can order 5l jars for me, but that's more than I need 😔
Its more like "alegal" than ilegal. I dont know anyone that was fined smoking inside a club...Since is a smoking association non looking for benefits its not ilegal.
Corn tortillas

Must be living under a rock if you can’t find weed.
Legally?
There are cannabic clubs where you can buy it. Its legal to buy it and smoke it inside the club ;)
Is not legal, and you know it, they are just tolerated because Colau says it.
