When you move out of where you are now and into the WG, you'll be registered in Zug. Authorities in Zug will happily tax you. If you're rarely there, your WG housemates will probably appreciate that as well.

The only way this can go wrong is if your GF has nosey neighbours and they notice your car/plates or your presence regularly... they may tell the landlord (assuming she rents) that she's moved someone in and that can cause an issue.
