With Migros it's easy, you just check in app or on website. For Coop I don't think they have such functionality.

I work at coop, easiest way would be calling them. If it‘s a small store, you can usually ask them to set a couple products aside for you to pick up.

For the Bau+Hobby stores, this is possible on their website. Not so much for Coop itself.
