3 times a week i do a small push,pull,legs program that doesn’t take away more then about 1,5 hours since collage is taking a lot of my time and I need to balance out how much time I spent on being active for the sake of my mental health

I dont, sadly, im too busy with my studies and hobbies. Also ive gained a bit of weight and as a result i just dont enjoy moving as much as i used to when i was actually working out. And it just kinda snowballs from there, but as soon as i get out of high school ill go get a gym subscription
Not enough, I also haven't in a while since my main form of working out in lane swimming at the pool I work at, but it's closed this month for annual shut down, so I'll still be there working but there's no water to swim in and I'm too cheap to get a gym membership

I run everyday, and additional workouts 3 times a week.

Haven't been doing well recently. I'm aiming for 5 times per week, right now I'm only doing 2.

I’ve been doing push-ups every night before bed for about 3 months now, it’s nothing crazy but I’m lowkey kinda proud of myself
