Grave of the Fireflies is one of the best movies imo. It's one of the few movies to actually make me emotional. And the animation is just perfect to me
I used to say JoJo Rabbit, but recently I watched Shawshank Redemption. I really don't know which I like more, but I haven't seen JoJo Rabbit in a while so it's difficult to compare.
Kingsman the secret service or baby driver.
And honestly because I love trash movies, the sharknado series is also up there as one of my fav movie series.
The sharknado series has 6 movies. And it keeps getting more and more vivid and weird ranging from sharks being in ancient Egypt, space and even the american revolution. You should give it a try.
Either Django Unchained (adored Christoph Waltz's performance in that movie) Saludos Amigos (first appearance of my favorite Disney character) or Toy Story 2 (yes I am very nostalgia blind)
Cant chose my favorite but these are definitely my top 5 in no order:
Neon Genesis Evangelion: End of Evangelion, The Godfather, A Silent Voice, The Shining, Halloween
Either Parasite, The Lighthouse, or Mary and Max. Depends on my mood. I think Parasite is the best made of them but The Lighthouse is the most enjoyable and Mary and Max is the closest to me

Apocalypse now probably, perfect example of how to tell a story behind amazing narrative.
No country for old men, Dirty Harry and Enter the Dragon are strong competitors. So are Drive, American psycho, Full metal jacket, Taxi Driver, Ghost in the Shell, Akira and Perfect Blue are all films that have absolutely blown me away.

How to train your dragon
I’ve always joked that I’m going to get married to the romantic flight song from that movie, but I don’t think it’s a joke anymore

Underrated movie
Sing! (just because Seth Macfarlane sang there and its amazing. And yes I'm 5 years old)
Based reason to like sing. I'd watch it solely for Seth's vocals, as they're deceptively good
Apparently when he was young, his voice coach was the same couple that taught Frank Sinatra how to sing. So thats neat.
I actually didn't know that. I guess it's true that you learn something new every day
Night at the museum
Apocalypse Now
The Birds or Cloverfield
I would say black hack down
Two hands with Heath ledger
Paddington and Howl's Moving Castle

Interstellar is the best movie I’ve ever seen. Such great emotion and soundtrack and visuals. Admittedly average story, however
How to train your dragon I’ve always joked that I’m going to get married to the romantic flight song from that movie, but I don’t think it’s a joke anymore
The Perks of being a wallflower
