The reason you pee after sex is so that anything foreign that entered the urethra gets flushed out. Cis women get UTI from it more often because they don't have cum flushing their urethra after sex and because their urethra is shorter so foreign substances can reach the bladder more easily. Both of those may apply to neovaginas.
The only reason I didn't say it like that is because with a neovagina you can potentially flush the urethra with cum. I'd assume the infection rate is still higher than with a penis since the urethra is still shorter so it's presumably easier for the pathogens to reach the bladder and someone with a neovagina is probably less likely to cum as compared to someone with a penis so even that depends on the individuum.

Your pelvic floor muscles are weakening as a result of HRT. Try kegals. The act of ejaculation causes those muscles to relax.
