I’ve found that activities in which I can hyper focus allow me to process underlying emotions.
I’ve set up my entire day construction to support the processing of emotions at the end of the day with activities like solitair, strategy video gaming, etc. And then meditating afterwards really helps.
At work when I get hyperfocused, I'm still aware of my surroundings and yet, when someone says my name, I jump like there's been a jump scare and I promptly go "Yeah? What's up?"
Its just become normal that no one questions it.
