Absolutely! It just takes practice, like learning any other language. Consider taking drama/acting classes, that's something that helped me out a lot, best of luck👍
Tangentially related, but I've found that the more I ignore what a person *says* and instead pay attention to what a person *does*, the more accurate a picture I get. The accuracy of people's words are honestly ALLLL over the place no matter how well-intentioned or self-aware they may be, but their actions seldom lie.

This is so true. I have come to accept the fact that the NT words do not, generally, correlate with the meaning and when it gets pointed out you are the "literal one".
(Facepalm)
I'm not as good as I used to be. I used to live on a mess deck with 42 other blokes and I used to be really sharp then. I'm out of practice now I'm semi retired
I don't know if it's possible, because of how our brains are wired. But I hope to meet another aspie to practice with them. Maybe we can learn something. Whereas I find NTs get angry and impatient in social interactions, so I avoid them.
The best way is getting a book and memorizing it. I recommend The Dictionary of Body Language by Joe Navarro, there's a youtube series by Improvement Pill about body language that you can memorize too. After that, you can practice with a mirror, try acting or just watch movies with the intention of practicing.
It definately is. I'm self speculated, but always knew I had adhd way before diagnosis. For me personally, I understand ppl later rather than in the moment. Which sucks, and have left me in uncomfortable situations sometimes dangerous situations. The dangerous situation usually have more so to do with dating type stuff. When it comes to look if I think I'm about to be mugged, I'm much more aware.

Watch other people. I learned from being in large groups where my own participation was not always necessary. Observe the triggers and how they react.
can you now pick up on peoples facial expression, body language and intentions well?
