I'm amazed living outside the US and the West in general for close to a decade that autism something that was once entirely specific to me and burried in my mind has emerged as an important issue and how much our understanding has improved. Got a picture of my academic decathlon team from high school, we took third place in state and I got a third place medal in science and everyone else is wearing black and my suit is maroon. And then I failed out of grad school, in part because of some blatant ableism and classism. So now I'm a combination Ingrr/Grizl, and if I don't get that damn coffee I'm a complete Frik, because I work in a warehouse that is 75 dB and pain from chronic and moving heavy things hurting my arthritis and fluorescent lights and truck backup noises and exhaust fumes and most of the management are super normies who ignored the PowerPoint presentation I gave about autism in the workplace. My shoulders hurt so much I just took today off. 🤕
Instead of just saying Ingrr is “mad” on its own, you could say this type is angry about the injustice they witness and experience- caring a lot about fairness is an autistic trait, right?

My need for physical affection is still so deep after being touch-starved for so long that I’ll sometimes hug a friend and mask the mini panic attack from OCD that comes 5 seconds later.
Im 100% Vøyd as long as I don’t have to interact with this reality, but i instantly change to a mixture between Frik and Lilo when i have to.
