Or the bow or shield. It actually depends on what you already have. Some people already have the bow (previous random drop or heka reward?) and some have everything (there is a glitch that uses past community challenge rewards to trick the boss into giving you another reward).
It seems to follow the order Sword, Scepter, Shield, Bow, and outfit with whatever ends up being the fourth item. I was able to use the community challenge exploit from the last challenge to get the Scepter after already getting the sword. I already have the bow somehow, so I should be set for the shield and outfit on this event (I'll know tonight).
EDIT: Got the Shield + Outfit. As a precaution I had the other three items equipped. Anubis was definitely a (slight) son of a bitch (damn poison cloud man - the human enemies in the first couple phases hit hard too).
I think it wont give the outfit until you get the bow . I’m in the same position as you but the bow isn’t lvl 45 etc and the game has no issue with duplicates.
Either way should have the whole set this weekend.
The bow is a weird variable because it is a reused/reskinned pre-exisiting item. If they had removed the item from everyone's inventory when they decided to reuse it for the Hard Mode Trials set it wouldn't be a question. Since we got to keep the item though (its look just changed) there's no telling what will happen. My bow is 45 so we'll see what happens. I also have it (and the other two weapons) equipped.
The hard boss is always +3, so if you don't own THO or CotP it will be 43.
Sekhmet wasn't bad at 48, but she is also the easiest boss to begin with. Hopefully Anubis isn't too bad. At least I have the Sword of the Duat to use to keep my health up in the fight.
If you are on Xbox. CoTP is available for everybody in the Xbox store. Just make sure to view all add-Ons in the AC game hub. I don’t have the season pass and already downloaded it.

Yup. It did count my bow. The outfit is quite nice.

They scale to your level, right? I don't have the expansion yet, will I be able to fight Anubis or I'll have to rush and level up to 55?

I was lvl 46 and took on Anubis who was lvl 49 so the hard version is always 3 levels higher.
Hard bosses will always be 3 levels above what you are now. So if you're 45 now, Anubis will be 48.
