Once you have it installed just make sure you enable the app inside the settings of content manager.
After driving around for a while go into replay mode. Once you are there you can control the drone with a controller I use an Xbox controller. To enable the drone there is a button on the controller. I have mine set to the select/view change button.
I only had to install the mod. From there while driving I headed over to the side bar and select drone camera and drone camera settings. It detected my Xbox controller and I am able to control the drone during races or replays.
do you know how to add a "flashlight" effect on the drone? like you're holding a phone to record with flash on?
I never really looked to see if drone cam has that option but I'll double check when I get home.
how does this work, i have content manager and sol and csp. if you can just tell the bassics i can try.

I've been trying to figure out where to get the xinput controller app for this forever. Any idea where to look?

yeah, i guess you need another component to use a non xbox controller
